I was hesitant at first, but this is a very legit website and the customer service was excellent. We moved from London down to Hastings and it was effortless and stress free and sooo much more affordable than many other quotes I received.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience! I booked this company and received a confirmation.
I booked a second van with them, then one week before my move I got a phone call telling me that the original driver has double booked and they had been looking for someone else for 10 days with no luck.
I am now one week away from moving - and trying to find anyone to do the job at short notice.
Please be aware that even if you receive a confirmation, your job can be cancelled with little warning.

Martyn was really very kind and helpful throughout the Move and that made the overall move smooth and less stressful for me and my family. I have gone through a number of moves in the past, some level of flexibility and adaptability is required from both parties to successfully complete the move. Andy was absolutely fantastic
Andy was absolutely fantastic, very friendly but intrusive, attended to every tiny detail in a very careful and respectful move.
It was a large fridge/freezer which had a 5mm gap either side to get it out of my property, over some low and one higher step.
He explained clearly what to do and how and when and together we got it onto his wooden dolley and carefully moved it onto his tail lift of a Luton van.
A 3 mile trip across town where he repeated his careful attention to detail and helped me to get it off the van and into the next property. This was harder because it had to go up 2 rear door steps and in through the rear door where the protruding door handle gave a clearance either side of only 2mm.
Again he took the heavy end and skillfully guided and talked me through what he was going to do and what I needed to do.
He was absolutely brilliant in every respect, easy going, careful, respectful so no damage incurred anywhere, skillful, obviously greatly experienced and did so in good time, from arrival at property one to leaving property two.
Can't recommend him enough and will have no hesitation asking for him again.
The website for Man with a van was easy to follow and understand and the lady who dealt with me over the phone was also very helpful, explained everything clearly and made a seamless booking.
100% fantastic service from both.

You won't have any complaint
I needed to help my daughter move when her relationship broke down and found this company had a good reputation. That reputation is well deserved. My daughter's ex partner wants the company details for his own use in future!
Booking was straightforward and it was easy to amend the listed items in my booking after my initial booking. No extra charges for the changes to the inventory.
The day itself was hassle free. The driver arrived bang on time and he was very courteous and willing to do all he could. He was Polish and, true to form, he was perfect. Like every Pole I've met he was kind, hard working and strong as an Ox.
Book these people, you will not regret.

Very Disappointing – Damaged Furniture and No Support
I booked my move through Find My Man and Van (reference FMMV63497) and was allocated Matty Trans LTD (Valentin Foltozan). Unfortunately, the experience was very poor.
During the move, several pieces of my furniture were damaged. When I raised this with Find My Man and Van afterwards, they refused to take responsibility and told me I had to chase the independent mover myself. The mover, meanwhile, denied causing the damage and has been unwilling to resolve the matter.
I booked through Find My Man and Van because I expected some level of quality control, vetting, and accountability. Instead, I was left in the middle of a dispute with no real support from the platform I trusted.
If you are considering using this service, please be aware that if anything goes wrong you may find yourself with no protection or recourse. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a company that stands behind the service providers they promote.

Absolutely dreadful experience
Absolutely dreadful experience.
I was quoted a reasonable amount after providing a very detailed inventory and went ahead with the booking.
The night before i received a phone call from a man who upped the price to £500 and claimed this would ensure a swift and complete move. Direct quote “we will not stop until all your belongings are moved”. This was a lie. They arrived far too early, I was not even there as I was picking up the keys to the new place.
About half way through the day the man told me he needed more money to pay for “his” workers. To add insult to injury they then downed tools before 5pm and said they were finished for the day. The man was intimidating and ended up charging almost £800 and would only accept cash. My old house was nowhere near empty. I pointed this out and was told that “his” workers finished at 5pm and there was nothing he could do. He made sure to get the cash off me before telling me this mind you.
I am disgusted by the way this team behaved. I was totally ripped off and had to hire another van the next day in order to finish the move. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. The initial quote will be a lie and they will then sub-contract your move to god knows who. I cannot understate how bad my experience was. It’s unfortunate that Trustpilot will not allow a “No Stars” review as this company deserves none.
Appalling customer service accompanied by intimidating tactics to obtain more money than was i initially agreed. A complete scam. I intend to report this company to Trading Standards as a result.
