Not only did I surprisingly find the perfect pair of pants, which is typically so tricky as a short person, but I found several and couldn’t have had better service from Joshua, who was an absolute gem! He was very patient and even gave me travel tips as I visit Wales from the States! The epitome of customer service.

A Night to Remember
I recently visited the Fat Face store and had an exceptional experience, thanks to Alaa, one of the store’s employees. From the moment I walked in, Alaa was incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering help without being pushy. She really knows the products well and gave great recommendations based on my style and preferences.
What stood out the most was her patience and genuine willingness to assist. She went out of her way to find different sizes and styles, making sure I left with exactly what I was looking for. Her friendly attitude made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.
Overall, Alaa made my visit to Fat Face fantastic. I highly recommend this store, not just for its great clothing, but for the top-notch customer service provided by Alaa. Thank you!

The quality of the purchase was…
The quality of the purchase was excellent.
However, there were a few issues at pick up following a delayed delivery text. Fortunately my parcel was found by a determined assistant, thank you, despite being cancelled on the system.

Only complaint - I was offered 10%off my order - first time shopping online. Usually buy your clothes in m& a.
Filled in email,but took too long sending my offer 10%.I couldn’t wait too long,as dress was very popular.
All three m&s in my area and their online store was completely out of stock so I came directly to yourselves, even though to shipping was quite pricie

I simply love fatface
I simply love fatface, their clothes are so beautiful, soft and well design. I like to wear them during the whole year; spring full of flowers, nice and comfortable dresses and shirts, warm during winter… it is just my favourite shop to dress up and look good.
