I was a bit sceptical about using this company as it had few bad reviews, but I can honestly say they were fantastic. Delivered on day they said,driver didn't have all the fascia on (2 short) he said he'd get the missing lengths that day and drop them off ,which he did, the fascia itself is the best quality I've used, and I've fitted 1000s of metres of it, protection film easy to remove and it also has accurate lines on it so when you nail it all the nails are spot on level .I would recommend this company to everyone,I won't be going anywhere else now, they're that good

Caroline helped with rearranging an incorrect delivery address and brought forward our delivery date with some industry know how.. Highly recommended 👍

My first dealings with Fascia experts (I am a d.i.y.er). Jenny helped very patiently confirming what I thought I had in my basket was correct. Went the extra mile explaining where the delivery would come from ,direct contact details. Not arrived obviously but assuming everything is fine, I will be back for more. If any issues i will amend this review accordingly 😁

40mm white architrave is yellow. Looks like it's been in a smokers house for 50+ years. Emailed customer services twice so far no response. Will continue until I get a refund but as others said customer services are bad but didn't expect the product to be bad.

Made one set of purchase to replace facia board, gutting etc and had delivery within a few days. I then had to go back and buy more bits for an expanding project and the customer service team have been brilliant, especially Toni and Caroline. All items were in stock and delivery was within a few days via their delivery network, amendments were easily accommodated and the price was great. Product quality is really good and the fascia boards come with a nice finish without being so heavy they can't be used solo.

I would happily recommend FasciaExpert and will use them again for my next plastics project when doing my own property or others.

Disgusting service, not helpful at all not delivered when specified and customer service didn't want to know, was going to order a lot of products from them but go elsewhere now.

Ordered materials online, received a confirmation e-mail to say the order will be processed shortly, and a week has almost passed and no further communications. This, despite me specifying a delivery date and sending an e-mail to their customer services asking for confirmation on delivery.

My first message to the company read as follows: reliable delivery of my first and small order - Andy was great - even an entertainer!
Can you let me know your procedure for receipted invoices please? I only have an email acknowledging the order so far.
I look forward to ordering regularly to use in my new pet bed product - and thanks to Andy I now know that you stock another component to fit my product.

Item was damaged. Delivered Friday afternoon and damage reported on Wednesday afternoon but was told too late reporting so no remedy offered. I was placing a huge order which the client approved on the Wednesday but lack of good customer care and forethought means I shall take my business elsewhere.

Great service. Prices are good. Would highly recommend this company. Quick response to any queries.

Ordered a part for my gutter which was promptly delivered, unfortunately it was the wrong part. The company sent the correct part as soon as they were notified and didn't even want the other part back, 5 stars out of 5. Thanks Mr G Morgan.

I used fascia expert to buy some cladding, 1, you get it delivered to your chosen address two you can easily speak to the company, 3 they kept me in the loop the whole way, I'm very happy

Purchased everything I needed to complete my job and found I had a few bits left over when finished.
Contacted head office and was given details of returning items.
All sorted the following day and refund in my bank the next day.
From ordering to returning everything went smoothly.
I would definitely use them again and recommend them without a second thought.

£10 delivery for a few tubes of silicone; website estimates next day. A week later and it's not even been dispatched, then sent 2nd class when prompted and unable to refund.

Absolutely first class service from Toni and the team..

We are 9 mths into a self build and have been looking for fascia to blend in with slate tiles.
The fascia sold by fascia expert are matched to RAL code, so we can colour match.
After looking online and reading reviews of damaged goods arriving , I was reassured by Toni that they have thier own dedicated transport , Toni offered to stock check , and advised us on some parts that we needed but had not included..very helpful,

Goods arrived less than 24 hrs after placing order.. delivery driver was friendly and helpful, goods arrived well wrapped..

If only all companies had the same level of service, our build would be a lot less stressful.

High quality Facia and soffit products, prompt personal delivery direct from warehouse depot on south coast, excellent support service when we had to exchange some items (our fault!), credit for difference issued in a few days. Easy for diy installation (bungalow) and we are in our 70’s !! Highly recommended first class company.
