DO NOT BUY from this company.
Customer service was so bad, did not process my refund for over 2 months. I had to constantly chase them, with no reply and calling them goes straight to voicemail. Some of their excuses were on holiday, ill or no one else available for over TWO months. The pick up for refund took one month alone, then I had to chase them to get my refund after that (despite website saying 2-5 business days for refund).

After all that, they only refund me half, due to it being broken and dirty, even though I didn’t even open them and returned it in their ORIGINAL packaging. They told me it was my fault for not packaging it securely and that I should have spent money for extra cardboard (when the website said keep it in original packaging).

I found out it was left open in their warehouse after pickup, without even processing my refund at that time. And I ask for proof, they said it was at their waste site, oh what a coincidence.

It is BETTER to buy good plaster coving, instead of these foamy, flimsy, and plastic “coving”.

Delivery was next day but courier had damaged items. Woldecor had replacements to me by next again day. Product was ideal to cover massively damaged originals. Easy to apply, excellent result.
