they are fraudulent
they are fraudulent. They charged me money for the booking they never did and they say it was cancelled.
Upd: reference number is FRE1679685866
Also I have all the screenshots, but I cannot upload them here.
Also they stopped responding through the chat with support right after I convinced them in using a fake screenshot with a distinct reference number.

On looking into the case, we found that you have made a reservation with us on 5th june of 99.2 usd, we have cancelled your reservation on your request and also sent you the cancellation email(documented).
We have check our records and not even a single dollar is charged from your card by Fareease Travels. You can share the screenshot here on public platform if any amount is charged by or on the name of Fareease Travels.
We have not charged any amount from your card, the screenshot that you have sent us does not belong to us. If you want we can also share the screenshot that you have sent us, it is not of Fareease Travels.
Its a complete case of misunderstanding,
we request you to kindly check and call your bank for further assistance.
Please know that we are people who genuinely care about our client's hard-earned money. We don't believe in keeping someone else's money to make money. That's against our ethics.
