This company is a total rip off booked 3 tickets for Antigua 🇦🇬 to Orlando upon arrival at the airport in antigua on the 18th November 2023 I was told my tickets were book illegal calling the traveling agent and they given me so roundabout story. They told me they sent delta airlines multiple emails and no answer from delta. I think that's strange because I call delta customer service and
was told there wasn't any request about refund from the company . I want my money are you to lie and wicked.

Cuando ofrecen vuelos es por que deberían disponer de los mismos, ofrecen a un precio y luego de pagar informan que no existen, y suben los costos a las tarifas, y luego al cancelarlos le cobran penalidad como si la culpa fuera de uno, eso realmente es una estafa, debería existir algún organismo que regule este tipo de fraudes, realmente me siento estafado.

Jimmy was extremely professional and helpful in acquiring our reservation and tickets. Though we did not get the discounted ticket price (sold out), Jimmy was able to get our tickets in the Main Cabin on the same flights.

The tickets I recently purchased through Fareease Travels included a change of airports in London both ways. This arrangement created great stress, unnecessary expenses, frustration and ultimately, missing the flight to Lisbon. I had to book another flight, which cost me 865 dollars.

I agreed to these tickets because cancellation of the reservation would have cost me 700+ dollars and I was given no other flight options. In addition, I was reassured that there would be no problem switching airports. In reality, the time frame was far too narrow due to distance and because of the difficulty that tourists have navigating the train/metro system of London.

To solve the issue of missing the flight to Lisbon, phone calls were made to Fareease Travels and British Airways. Both phone calls resulted in no help whatsoever. In addition, another phone call was made five days before the departure date from Lisbon to see if the tickets could be changed as I did not want to repeat the experience of going through London again. I was given the run around by both parties passing the responsibility to one another. Furthermore, I was told multiple times that they would call me back and I never received a call back, so I had to call again and again. In addition, I asked if I could use the credit of 300 dollars assigned to me for initially overcharging me for the tickets and the answer was no because the credit was not within the time frame listed.

I initially wrote a very positive review for Fareease after I was granted the 300 plus 68-dollar credits. However, the experience listed above has left me with a great deal of frustration and a very poor perception of this company. I will be updating my review with the truth of what occurred and contacting the Better Business Bureau.

The unnecessary stress and waste of money because of Fareease's inadequacy that I endured on this trip was unbearable and put an irreparable stain on my vacation. Furthermore, when I emailed Fareease customer service with my issue, I was completely ignored. This is not an acceptable way to treat customers and I caution anyone against using Fareease for their own travels.

there were no more available seats for economy which was what i wanted but customer service was helpful and understanding.
