Fareease Recensioni

Reserva con el señor Pablo, muy responsable y respetuoso. Volvería a confiar en ellos.

Muchas gracias al señor Paulo muy buena atención me ayudo mucho con vuelos de última hora me consiguió muy buenas ofertas.

Paul provided me quick and professional rate. The ticket was an amazing price for next day travel. I am currently booking several flights with him. Fantastic customer service.

Paul was awesome! Great customer service while under pressure. Great price found even last minute.

This was the best experience I have had, I missed my flight and I booked with Jessica Davis, her customer service was great and she found the best deal for me, knowing that I had limited money. If I could give 10 stars I would. #Book with Jessica Davis.

I was stranded at Phoenix airport and needed to get to Utah. I found the website and saw a 1 way ticket for SUPER CHEAP. I booked it on Fareease and waited about 10 minutes. I then called the number and Jessica assisted me in getting a SAME DAY 1 WAY TICKET for $150 less than carriers fee on the carriers website. Within 30 minutes, I got a confirmation code, logged in to carriers website, and checked in.

I was hoping this wasn’t a scam because I didn’t ha be extra $$ to spend. Needless to saw, I got to Utah SAME DAY and I will DEFINITELY use FAREEASE again. Jessica was a GREAT HELP. THANK YOU FAREEASE!!!

John Smith was very helpful with helping me book my flight. I really appreciate John Smith

Waste of time and was suspicious if my identity was stolen and sold after booking a pending flight which was told no longer available a few minutes later. But when I search again online, it still shows available, which looks like a hook for fishing personal info.

Bunlar sahtekar ve dolandırıcı bir firma paranızı kaptırmayın ben dolandırıldım. Benden paramı çektiler rezervasyonumu yapmadılar

I am giving them a 4 star on customer service, follow through, and cheap fares. At 1st I booked the flight at $164 (total) for 2 roundtrip tickets. Brendan called me immediately and told me that fare is no longer available and the fare is now $801 (Spirit Airlines)for 2 tickets. Which i verified and he was right. Brendan said he could get 2 tickets for $364. i agreed to that price. We were booked on Southwest which was a plus bc bags are free! They saved us $437 and plus the cost of bags on Spirit. Brendan did very well on that. If they iron out the kinks they would be my preferred travel agent. What I do not like is that, we did not receive our flight confirmation #s until the day of travel. The uncertainties is not good for a business. Its not a fraudulent business. They are not scammers. They just need to fix the uncertainties. If they fixed that it will be a 5 star travel agent.

They are scamming people out of thousands of dollars, do not trust them at all they give you the runaround and no flight

So far has been very good but I just made a reservation

Worst company ever! don't ever buy tickets from here. you can try and save money and when you call for confirmation, they will go up in the price tremendously. Mine for two tickets was supposed to be 378 to JFK from ATL. Today I called the number after not receiving email of confirmation. I was told that the price went up to 591.00 per person.

We made a reservation for $1,200 and the next day they call and said the cost is $2,400 and offered a discount of $300 which we rejected.

This company is a scam. I booked a last minute flight through them to AZ, for around $500 per ticket. It looked fishy so I called in the next morning to see if I got scammed. Turns out they did not have the tickets that I purchased, and started offering me alternatives with worse times around $800+ per ticket. I found one of those alternatives for $550ish per ticket on Expedia, just with an earlier departure we were trying to avoid. Complete bait and switch. I told them to cancel my reservation, and they charged me $50 per ticket to cancel a reservation they advertised and didn’t have available. What a gross company. Just eat the price from the airlines or well respected travel sites.

WELL PRICE ADVERTISED WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THEY DID OFFER A GOOD PRICE BUT DOUBLE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. THEN THREATENED ME WITH CANCELACTION FEES WHEN THE PRICE THEY OFFERED WAS NOT AVAILABLE. PLEASE JUST PLAN TO SPEND DOUBLE WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING.

Let me start by saying, I was definitely skeptical at first (based on the prices offered).

However, I found based on MY exprience Fareease is 100% legit. They have a system to find the best on flights and are super communicative throughout the whole process. They sent me the direct confirmation
# with airline with the agreed upon flights and didn't charge me until I received the confirmation from airline directly.

I will be using them again when booking travel. I feel like they are really a hidden gem.
