Fareease Recensioni

Fantastic service - so easy to use, quick response and gave me flexibility. Rep named Jimmy helped me. Highly recommended.

Jimmy Patel was a great customer service rep

Jimmy did a good job of getting my seats and putting in my flight mile number

I am impressed by the service they gave me. Price was great.

Yes we receive a call for give us the tickets for a fly

Great deal and great services given at the time of my booking.

Jimmy did a great job understanding my point and I was clueless at start. He kept trying to make me understand how the process works.

Jimmy was very helpful and answered all my questions.

The man who I talk to, was really nice

We were happy with the services and Jimy S was fabulous in his behaviour towards us. We are planning to book next month also. Recommended

Thanks to Jimy I found an affordable price for my flight! Everything was convenient and the service was nice and helpful.

I was scared initially how it works, but thanks to abby he helped me to get my tickets smoothly and at very reasonable price.

Jimmy was great helping me as a fort time user. He was patient as my internet was slow, and help me to get a great deal. Will be using and recommending this website.

Abby was very helpful and very nice on helping me on what I need it. It was second time he helped me. I booked a flight online and that flight was on pending because apparently it was oversold, I called and Abby was able to help me with the same flight and still a good price.

The agents who was attending to our calls were great. They did an excellent job.

This company has very rude people that like to take people’s money and they don’t know how to properly work a business. When paying for a flight ticket, they never sent me any form of conformation to my email nor through text message. When I go to check my bank account I notice that my payment for the flight ticket was still pending even though I had made the “payment” May 18th (it’s currently June 10th). I called the company asking what had happened and they told me that I never made such payment but then proceeded to tell me that my so called “purchase” was not refundable. My bank also had told me that my card was trying to be used in another state and went forth to blocking any transactions made. Til this day I am unaware of where the money went to or even if they were able to obtain it before I cancelled my old card and got a new one. But to anyone thinking about purchasing a flight ticket, I don’t recommend you using this traveling agency.

Great advisory given by the executive they were quick to respond to our mails. I found a tremendous deal with them.
