Beautiful, just wish for a zipper
I can't believe they overnighted me this bag from England! That said, I wish it had a zip closure and not a magnet for security in crowded areas. Beautiful bag though.

Beautiful, elegant, and the perfect size
**Beautiful, elegant, and the perfect size**
I love my Top Handle bag in Burgundy. It's beautiful, very well made, and so elegant. I'm 5'5" and had been looking for a long time for a bag that wouldn't look too big on me. This one is structured and classy, not a sack of potatoes. Highly recommended.

What a treat!
I feel like a Queen! The lovely folks at F&F reached out earlier this week with a friendly notice that the Chocolate Tedbury handbag was available again. I ordered the bag on Monday and received it in Seattle Washington on Wednesday. I can't get local deliveries from Jeff B. that fast! All of the extra touches, like the beautiful lining of the outer box, the big beautiful blue box, and an invoice with a kind note carefully placed in a well-designed folder, made this gift feel extra special. And the purse itself -- exquisite. It's a sumptuous brown, with a braided leather handle. Just big enough to fit all of the necessities without being overwhelming. Worth every penny. (p.s. The orange box crowd at Hermes could learn a few things from Fairfax & Favor.). I'm so glad to add this to my growing Fairfax & Favor collection.

Exquisite Boot! My new Fav!
I was thrilled to be visiting the UK and found a Fairfax & Favor store in the Cotswolds area. During a weekend outing, I planned our day around visiting the store and it did not disappoint. I was greeted warmly and after looking at several beautiful bags and boots, my eyes fixated on the Regina boot in chocolate suede! I was done for - this boot is everything! Amazing quality, style, and comfort. As an equestrian, competing in the U.S., I’m accustomed to competitive-level tailored boots and these are the next best thing. They fit a bit slim, but with amazing stretch and subtle leather. I wore them to dinner and had 3 different people compliment my look. Hands down the best value + quality + Style!!! Now I need more colors and stores in America. I believe they ship internationally so that’s a bonus! 😍

Fantastic experience
I had a vip experience for my birthday at your stow on the wold store. The lady who looked after me was brilliant, very friendly and very knowledgeable. She gave me some great tips on wearing the boots in the house to mould them to my leg. She didn’t have the petite in my size so ordered them direct to my house and they arrived today. I was also given a free gift and birthday card. The boots are incredible and I love them. Thanks for such a positive experience. I will be returning

I was incredibly disappointed by my recent visit to this shop. Upon entering, a couple of the store assistants were extremely judgmental toward me and the ladies I was with. Their attitude was so uncomfortable and unwelcoming that two members of our group actually ended up leaving the store. It felt entirely as if we weren’t "good enough" to shop there. Customer service should be rooted in respect, regardless of who walks through the door. I will not be returning, and I hope management addresses this toxic attitude with their staff
