I was incredibly disappointed by my recent visit to this shop. Upon entering, a couple of the store assistants were extremely judgmental toward me and the ladies I was with. Their attitude was so uncomfortable and unwelcoming that two members of our group actually ended up leaving the store. It felt entirely as if we weren’t "good enough" to shop there. Customer service should be rooted in respect, regardless of who walks through the door. I will not be returning, and I hope management addresses this toxic attitude with their staff

The speed of delivery was brilliant and…
The speed of delivery was brilliant and the package lovely. I have deducted a point because I normally ask for shoes using continental sizing, I ordered a 7 expecting a 41 but received a 40, unfortunately size 8 has sold out. Luckily returning has been easy.

This was my first order from Fairfax and Favor. It was delivered to me promptly and I was kept informed on progress along the way.
It was a delight to open the package to find firstly, the beautiful interior of the delivery box and secondly the actual blue box containing my hand bag. This, itself, was contained in a bag inside the box to keep my handbag in perfect condition. I am extremely pleased with my purchase which is extremely well made, in fact, made to last which is difficult to find these days. It is a beautiful bag and I will looking forward to using it - as quickly as possible!
Now that I have found Fairfax and Favor I will purchase again from them.
