This was the first time I’ve bought something for myself from Fairfax and the experience was brilliant. Despite me being on the younger side staff were respectful and considerate. The experience was so lovely that I will make a point of returning.

Callie jacket
I ordered the Callie camel coloured jacket and it arrived very promptly, very well packaged and it's a beautiful quality item. Very well made, fully lined and received in a garment bag. The jacket is casual but I think it will look equally good with jeans as it will with a skirt or dress. Good mid-weight jacket, which is perfect for autumn but the jacket is also neat enough to fit under a bigger winter coat, if more layers are needed.

Dismal customer service
Fairfax and Favor boots are really pretty however not pretty enough to justify overlooking their dire customer service. A pair of boots ordered for a holiday on 48hr delivery were due to arrive 7 days later after I had already left! I had to phone customer services twice to try and cancel the order (as I was not going to be at home to receive it) - their phone lines don't work properly and the staff member couldn't hear me and while the second girl was 'technically polite' it was clear that she couldn't care less - it was definitely a 'computer says no' moment if you understand the allusion. Sadly I will not be buying from this company again.

The visit was not planned as we had not realised there was a Fairfax & Favor store in Marlow. The store was well laid out, very welcoming and the staff extremely helpful, particularly Manuela. My wife was interested in a pair of boots and Manuela went out of her way to help her choose .
Great products, great customer service, altogether a really good experience

First time shopper with fairfax and…
First time shopper with fairfax and favour. The brand doesn't really suit my everday aesthetic but I had been thinking of the regina boots in black leather for a few years actually.
I read a few of the most recent reviews and although some said to size up I decided to go with my normal size 3 in a regular fit calf.im a petite 5 foot 2 and was a little concerned the length would be too long .The boots are beautiful , expensive looking and the perfect size Cuban heel .They are just lovely and fit all my requirements.
The boots fit snug but not too small either on the calf or the foot. I tryed with a knee length sock .The length comes right up to the knee but I think styled right they will look perfect. As others have mentioned when i sit the back does sit high up on the back of the knee so i will wear around the house to see if it is something that will be tollerable. They are gorgeous but they need to be practical for the money and not sit in the box as a mistake.I would have preferred a petite option however im more than happy to see how the nxt day or so goes.
I could go on and on but in summary .
Expensive but well worth it .
Beautiful packaging.
Great email communication every step of the way even post delivery.
Beautiful boot I hope when I wear will be my go too throughout winter. Highly recommend ordering from fairfax although I haven't had to deal with customer services with any refunds or complaints.Fingers crossed.Look forward to maybe a waterproof ankle boot next.
