Fairfax & Favor Recensioni

Beautiful product…wonderfully packaged…F&F never let me down 😎

Lovely coat. Good quality and looks stylish. It came nicely packaged and premium looking. I got it in the sale so was a great price too. It’s my first purchase and really pleased. Delivery was very quick too.

Timely delivery. Well packaged and secure

The burghley boots are stunning they are my new winter boot so comfy and sturdy , ideal for work or the muddy dog walks, perfect for anyone who wanted explorers but have larger calfs , easy to pull on but bit harder to pull off. I hope they release them in black . Excellent quality as always form fairfax and favor .

I had an appointment at the southwold shop. Staff were very helpful and overall a lovely experience.
Really pleased with my boots they are stunning.

Excellent customer service

Travelled 50 miles to the Bakewell shop and had a really good experience. We were offered a drink straight away and I was able to try on several pairs of boots to get the right size and fit. The staff member had a really good knowledge of the product and gave plenty of advice. We then had a look round the rest of the shop and tried on various other items.

I popped into the Bakewell shop to try on some boots, was undecided which i wanted. The staff there are extremely helpful, couldn't do enough for me… brought out different widths and sizes, nothing was too much trouble, a credit to the company actually. I have shopped in a few stores and the Bakewell girls are just great.
I ended up with the mahogany Reginas, beautiful… but will be going back for the explorers 🥰
Lovely experience, thank you ♥️

Wow, I'm so suprised! I knew that it might come wrapped up nicely but this blew my expectations 🤩 This was beautiful wrapped in their own wrapping paper in a stunning box. I bought this for my mums christmas present and I cant wait to give it to her and see her face. I even got a free AW26 catalogue from them, did not expect this!
Amazing purchase & I will definitely be buying again as a gift 🎁

Second order with Fairfax and Favour.

Both times the experience was seemless. Plenty of images on the website. Delivery was fast with plenty of updates. Quality of boots is amazing. Looking forward to wearing them.

Shopping with Fairfax and Favor is such a joy. The boots, shoes, bags and clothing are beautifully designed and made. Customer service is second to none, for example last Saturday I returned some trainers that I had purchased online and the refund was in my bank account the following Monday.
The ladies in the Holt store, where I usually shop, are warm, welcoming, helpful and always there to offer tea, coffee or a glass of bubbles. Nothing is too much trouble. Marcus, you must be proud of your staff both in-store and online!

Perfect service from start to finish, quality exceptional

Beautiful jacket, great service

From placing the order to delivery was very smooth and easy to accomplish
2nd pair of boots for my partner and the quality is excellent

Two days delivery to the US? Who does that?!?! I can’t get a Christmas card to England in less than 3 weeks! Bonus:it is a beautiful bag that I can’t wait to use. Beautiful packaging and excellent construction. Will be buying more.

Beautiful boots! Great quality

Complimentary coffee is great following a long drive to the Shaftesbury store. Sarah was very friendly and helpful in showing us all the items we wanted to see. I’m really pleased with the bag I purchased.

Ellie made the experience exceptional! I bought some shoes, a sheep vest and another vest for my husband while we were in Farhills, NJ. We have worked with her before at the Dallas Safari Club. She makes every shopping experience top tier. We love the products but having incredible customer support and employees makes all the difference. Thank you.

I ordered on line, the process was simple and quick, delivery within 48 hours - fabulous jacket well packaged and a lovely garment bag, an absolute bargain in the last chance section - very happy
