Great quality boots
The order arrived on time , the boxes were strong and my boots were packed separately in more packaging to protect them . My first fairfax and favour boots purchase online . A pair of high leg boots and ankle boots. Both fit perfectly and they are beautifully made . True to size and comfortable to wear.

Disappointed by the change in quality
I’ve always been a huge fan of Fairfax & Favor, so I’m really disappointed by the quality of my latest pair of trainers. My previous pair have been worn hundreds of times and still look better, and I have other products from the brand that I absolutely cherish.
Customer service dealt with my complaint quickly and I’m happy with the outcome, but it has left me nervous about buying again. I’m just not confident that something I bought today would have the same quality and longevity as the Fairfax & Favor products I already own and love.
