A lovely store
Complimentary coffee is great following a long drive to the Shaftesbury store. Sarah was very friendly and helpful in showing us all the items we wanted to see. I’m really pleased with the bag I purchased.

Ellie made the experience exceptional
Ellie made the experience exceptional! I bought some shoes, a sheep vest and another vest for my husband while we were in Farhills, NJ. We have worked with her before at the Dallas Safari Club. She makes every shopping experience top tier. We love the products but having incredible customer support and employees makes all the difference. Thank you.

Screams quality and they are beautiful
So far so good. They only arrived yesterday and I look a little advise about trying them on first time and that was to wear a pop sock as the fur lining doesn’t stick to the sock. It work perfectly. In fact I’m work from home today but I’ve still got them on. I’m sure that they will become firm favourites they are already so comfy and I know by the super quality feel of them they will improve over time and soon become old faithfuls.
Absolutely love them

I had a great experience at an event in…
I had a great experience at an event in the Marlow store and purchased some Regina boots. These had to be ordered from the warehouse since one had clearly been tried on a lot and was very stretched. I was assured they would be delivered within 48 hours. This was Friday evening. Today, Tuesday they still don’t appear to have even been dispatched.
Edit: They did indeed arrive yesterday and the 48 hours in working days was made clear by the Marlow store. My review was posted before they arrived and since I’d had no notifications of despatch presumed not even on the way.
