Unbelievable quality, even worked under floodwater
I've tried several makes of wifi cameras for a remote mooring before I found ezviz a couple of years ago. They are relatively easy to set up, the app is perfectly usable but the main thing is the cameras are amazingly robust for the value. I have an indoor camera set up outside (under the eaves) for the last 2 years and one of my outside cameras (a CRQ3W well over two years old), has recently been submerged by river floodwater for over 24 hours, it's come back online as soon as the water level dropped and is working perfectly, I'm amazed, thank you EZVIZ, We even have some underwater footage, unfortunately too muddy to see fish.
Cameras with missing parts
I would highly refrain from purchasing these camera devices from EZVIZ, as they are distributing products that lack embedded compartments for SD cards. I acquired a Micro SD card, which unfortunately fell directly to the bottom of the device. Although Amazon issued a refund, retrieving the costly SD card is impossible without damaging the device.

Las luces de las dos cámaras dejaron de funcionar a los 6 meses, y las cámaras tienen 2 años de garantía y hasta hoy 05/09/2024 no nos dan ninguna solución y an pasado 10 meses parece que están esperando que se agote la garantía pero cobrar las grabaciones de mantenimiento de los vídeos eso si lo cobran al banco sin estar usando las cámaras en la noche ya que no funcionan porque no se ve nada. ok les hemos enviado las facturas de las cámaras los números de códigos de las cámaras porque no podemos pagar una suscripción si las cámaras no sirven o nos las cambian o nos tienen que devolver el dinero de las cámaras y de las suscripción.
Bueno hoy 10 de septiembrenos an depositado solo la suscripción anual para poder los vídeos grabados de las cámaras de seguridad, pero y que pasa con las cámaras llevamos10 meses ya casi 11 meses reclamandola garantía de las cámaras ya que las luces no funcionan me an echo hacer miles de pruebas me an echo enviar miles de fotografíasy vídeos para que vean que las cámaras en la noche no pueden grabar nada porque no se ve puede ver nada porque está oscuro hasta cuando seguiremos esperandopor una solución se suponeque si algo estáen garantía lo tienen que cubrir o sea de EZVIZUK esto es una estafa hacia los clientes y no hay ningún tipo de garantías de los aparatos una ves comprados porque si es asíme daré por estafado por esta compañía y recomiendo no comprar esta marca de cámaras porque en la mínima avería o problem te dejan tirado o se hacen los Suecos.
Bueno hoy 15/09/2024 nos an echo la devolución del dinero por la garantía de las cámaras gracias al equipo de EZVIZUK POR solucionar me este problema que llevamos desde hace 10 meses esperando sin ninguna respuesta

Doorbell waste of money
Purchased Doorbell approx 2 months ago initial set up was good and doorbell worked fine however after a week the battery died. I removed the doorbell to charge when refitting signal was lost and I have been unable to reconnect ever since. I contacted EZVIZ tech support via email and seem to get a reply within 48hours however, their advise has been repetitive and completely a waste of time “ reset device, remove device and re-add, move closer to router” I removed the device then struggled to add it back on the app doorbell, chime and router are within 1 meter of each other.
Expensive paper weight.

Dreadful company
Dreadful company. I only purchased their security camera because it is a Which? recommendation but the 'service' from this company is unacceptable. One item I ordered was not in the delivery with the other items, but they refuse to respond to my emails. I contacted my bank and they refunded me the money instead. Beware!

France, j ai acheté 6 caméras et j étais satisfait jusqu au moment, apres 1 an, ou ca commence à mal fonctionner ! Le SAV est catastrophique, on vous demande des codes de toute sorte pour vous décourager à faire réparer. J ai du monter sur échelle démonter la camera pour essayer de retrouver un code inscrit dessus, le pire c est les C3X ou il n y a rien ! Ils n ont pas de fichier client, à chaque demande de sav c est : retrouver facture , un code de validation à 6 Lettres majuscules, ensuite un code à 9 chiffres introuvable ... Moi ma cam C3X ne fonctionne plus en detection nuit, c est capteur ir je suppose ... ils ont oubliés le service clients ce gens là !
