Ask me to verifie my email address and…

Ask me to verifie my email address and sends the code to my email address with an extra full stop at end, so don’t get code.
Sent one camera back because of same problem. Then asked me to use different method and put the first numbers of my phone in the box so I had to send a uk phone number, which I didn’t.If they are so interested I go to bed at 10.30 and get up at 7am it’s another EZVIZ camera going back. Help page none of addresses are live

Where is my good ?

DYNAMIC CCTV LIMITED was where the payment went into for my robot vacuum cleaner I made the purchase on ezviz website my account still says unshipped I got the vacuum on the 28th have tried to make contact several times but am not getting anyway very disappointed

Camersa work well but have a very wide angle lens so people or cars have to be very close to cammera before you get a clear face picture and number plates are imposible to read. expencive to store video footage on line.

Customer service is awful!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by EZVIZ. It is nearly impossible to get a timely or helpful response. Don’t answer emails don’t answer social media messages. When I reached out for support regarding an issue with one of their devices, I was either met with generic, unhelpful responses or completely ignored. The representatives seemed uninterested in solving the problem, and the process was frustratingly slow. For a company selling smart security products, the lack of reliable customer support is unacceptable. I expected much better, and I won’t be recommending their products to anyone.

Poor company policy plus poor sub standard item equals poor review

Had a DB2 doorbell bought for me as a gift when I moved into my new house June 2023. After 14 moths picture became blurred and identified that there was condensation forming on the inside of the lens so contacted customer service as I wouldn’t expect an item designed to be out doors to have failed so soon and so not be fit for purpose.
Emails are slowish to respond but no issue with that. After several emails and sending photos they indeed admitted that it was a hardware fault. This is where I think they fail the customer. They asked for serial number and for the invoice for the item. So I sent the email and advised them it was a gift and so didn’t have the invoice but could see from when my account was set up with them the rough date of purchase.
Was advised that if I didn’t have the invoice that under there policy they would not be able to help me and I should purchase a new one.
I was happy to return the item to them for them to inspect and hopefully replace but no they just kept saying it’s their policy to need an invoice.
The policy is not fit for purpose just like their items so now I am stuck with a defective / sub standard item and will not be purchasing another one, I will go with a different brand.

Emails ... don't get answered
Phones... get answered but call quality is so bad you can't actually speak and be heard, so useless
Online... first you get AI, then you wait and are supposed to get handed to agent, but it's just another AI with another wait...and you don't get an agent.

If you think you might not need support EVER then you might be okay, other than that buy something else!

Replacement Provided and Working Well

I initially had issues with my EZVIZ RS20 Pro, as it struggled to return to its base station no matter how many times I rebuilt the map or adjusted the settings. It was frustrating at first, and I reached out to EZVIZ customer support for assistance.

While the process took some time with multiple troubleshooting steps and discussions, I appreciate that EZVIZ ultimately acknowledged the issue and sent me a replacement unit. I’m happy to report that the new device is working perfectly, and it now returns to its base station as expected.

Though it took some patience, I’m grateful for the support team’s help in resolving the problem. If you ever face an issue, I’d recommend reaching out to them, as they do stand by their product and provide replacements when necessary. Overall, I’m now happy with my purchase and glad to have a working unit! 😊

I am very surprised to see negative…

I am very surprised to see negative reviews..my honest experience with the was just great. Customer service also replied to my email very quick..also had a problem with my doorbell camera and they sent me new one next day delivery without hesitation..highly recommend using the for over 5 years and has been great all around..keep up with great work . Happy Christmas to you all

Do not buy from this company.
The CH1 chime does not link into the EP3X doorbell, despite what their website states.
Customer service is horrendous. I spoke with them only to be told to email them instead. They then take 4 days to reply. The reply doesn't solve the issue, so I email again. Then wait another 4 days for another inadequate reply. This has now gone on for weeks. Issue still not resolved.
Customer service insist on me sending in an invoice of my purchase. Trouble is that when I log into my account and click on my purchase, the site kicks me out. So its impossible to get an invoice from their own website.
I dread to think how long my refund is going to take.

If i could give no stars I would

If i could give no stars I would. DB2 pro door bell camera has stopped working after 11 months of ownership. The camera is producing blurred pictures (common problem if you look through the reviews). After in excess of 10 emails and a week later still nothing is resolved.
Customer services ask for information all on separate emails i.e they ask for model number them send another email asking for receipt and another asking flor date etc which they take days to reply to and adds to the frustration. On the phone they will fob you off with 'its with our escalation team' which will respond when they like. Please do yourself a favour and buy a different brand as the warranty isn't worth anything. Wait for the generic computerised response to this review if any

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, bought a product that was registered to an account, provided all the proofs to delete the account including an invoice, customer service did not remove the previous user from the account, after many attempts and hours with their extremely poor,slow& delayed customer services still did nothing to add my details, paid alot for the camera which is now unusable & all ready installed. Takes 2-4 days for a response to emails and you will not find a solution with this company, so avoid at all cost. They ask for information, you provide it, they still don’t assist!!!

The warranty is useless .where do you…

The warranty is useless .where do you actually claim this so called warranty. Ezviz are no help at all even though the item was bought direct from them 😕.
They send U round in circles constantly with no help. Robot hoover wheel error 😔 faulty hardware . Need a replacement .will never buy there products again or recommend them for that matter .great until they go wrong .think U are buying a product with 2 year warranty think again 😳. I will leave this review on any products I can find on the internet as I'm well annoyed 😠 paid a lot of money for a product that is absolutely useless and no response Wats so ever from this company

In regards to please contact us a ezviz support .com nonsense .I have multiple times and get the same generic response. Trading standards is my next move

Shockingly appalling customer service

Fine until you have a problem. A high end camera, still well within it's warranty developed a fault. After several attempts to sort this with their tech dept., they offered to replace it.
They couldn't offer like for like (apparently) as they didn't have stock. They then tried to replace it with a lesser spec camera without any offer of recompense.
Eventually they offered a refund and said camera was returned using their carrier as requested.
It still took some chasing and even then they didn't provide the refund to the value paid (receipt provided twice).

Absolutely appalling customer service.

If you decide to use their products, just be prepared for this if you get a problem.

Don't bother with these cowboys

Don't bother with these cowboys, your get no reply back from customer services for weeks (if your lucky) and this is after you've had to sent multiple emails to get a response from them (politeness will get you nowhere btw and a message that involved the words of getting trading standards etc involved only worked) and when you finally do get a response weeks later, your have to go through a complex of questions and send videos which again will take a crazy amount of time for EZVIZ to respond back too .... and I'm 99% positive that EZVIZ do this to wear the customer down so they will just forget/give up about it all.

My EZVIZ C7 Dual-Lens cctv camera didn't even make the 5 month mark before it died for no reason at all and before this happened I had constant WiFi issues (both 5ghz and 2.4ghz) despite that the camera itself was sat only a few metres away from my main WiFi unit !!!!!??????

As a YT Tech reviewer and advisor I would strongly advise NOT to just walk away from this brand/company (EZVIZ) but to RUN, as their customer service is the worst that I've ever encountered and experienced and clearly they are not interested when things go wrong.

EZVIZ are nothing but grab the cash and s*d you jack type of company and should never be allowed to sell in any country

Purchased a EZVIZ RS20 cost over £700…

Purchased a EZVIZ RS20 cost over £700 robotic hoover and mop worked well - then i needed a replacement dust bag could not find any anywhere ! so i contacted EZVIZ only to be told that spares or accessories for this model where not available in the Uk for at least another 2 months, after another week or so the hoover lost a side brush and the dust bag was totally full ! How can you sell a product that needs replacement parts like dust bags and not have them available ! luckily amazon stood by me and sent a different make out and collected there one ! there customer service really dont give a dam they never answer the UK helpline number and only ever reply to emails once a day around 7am never again !!

I no longer have my camera and…

I no longer have my camera and contacted Ezviz numerous times to cancel my direct debit and they respond with instructions on how to do so which is nigh impossible to understand and i have no time to attend night school to understand how to do the cancellation… why cant they just just have a tab you can click to cancel then confirm? The answer is easy they are stealing my money every month for a service i do not have.
