Service is fine but the quality of the product is really poor sadly, we have previously bought from Tuda Grass which was incomparable for the same price. This is like cheap Lino with grass which falls out and little drainage and as we use it as a dog piddle patch it’s no use so already replaced.

The delivery service lost my order. The sales staff at Express Grass were excellent in following up the issue and sent me a replacement.

Heard nothing from the company about when delivery will be made.

Avoid like the plague worst quality astroturf I have ever seen. The guys laid it cos I was not there to check. We emailed to let them know it was no good and we got a generic reply back which I’m sure they send to everyone with no further contact. They also don’t pick up the phone due to the amount of rubbish they supply. Terrible company check google and see how many bad reviews

The grass I bought was sold as being 25mm thick it turned up flat. Your reply’s clearly show you have no interest in supporting customers in there purchase or making sure things go smoothly your just out to rip people off

Product exactly what I ordered

The grass arrived on time but was not to correct measures ordered. After cutting myself I needed up with uneven edges. When I complained they said they reserve the right to oversupply each cut by one meter. So what was the purpose of asking for exact measurements? Will be ordering a new piece of grass somewhere else now.
