They arrived on time nice and smiley.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

The drivers turn up, then ring you tell you the grass is too heavy to lift, they when they get to the door, they knock quietly, ring you to say no one uis there, they don't even attampt to go to the back gate, then they hang up, drive off and charge you for a re-delivery fee.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Great experience using the service - plenty of samples sent. Received quickly and were helpful with the variations.

I dealt with Chris who was extremely helpful. I’m a grass virgin and had no idea what was good or bad. Chris took me through the pro’s and cons of all the different grades and even delivered the chosen product and also helped me get it in the back garden. He’s built like hunter from the gladiators!!

I obviously got other prices from different suppliers and found they where all about the same price without the enthusiasm demonstrated from the grass warehouse.

Great customer service. Delivery partner was slow (non-existent) with information and details and missed the delivery window but when I called, told me they will sort it. I got a call 10minutes later and it was sorted and delivery arrived today as promised.

The customer services people were very helpful answering all my questions about choosing the right artificial turf and how to lay it myself. Responses were really quick and the pack of samples (which was awesome!) Arrived within 24hrs of asking for it.
Delivery was smooth and the actual product, the artificial grass is really good quality

I had a very disappointing experience with Grass Warehouse. The artificial grass I ordered was delivered wrapped tightly around a rigid pole, which was never disclosed anywhere prior to purchase. Not on their website, T&Cs or in emails. This is not a minor detail as it meant the item was 4m and could not be manoeuvred at all up the staircase or the lift. Hence the delivery company could not complete their delivery.
When I raised this, the company simply said that's how they package their grass and referred me to their T&Cs, which includes now information about the pole. They then refunded me the original amount but subtracted £50 for their apparent incursion of costs (thereby passing the consequence of their lack of transparency onto their customer).
In communication they were arrogant and dismissive referring me to the fact that their terms and conditions had been "legally vetted". Clearly they had failed to tell their legal vet some important information about their product packaging. I have now had to go through my credit card to reclaim the £50. Petty company, stay AWAY!

Having initially been impressed by the samples sent I placed an order. Shortly after I noticed they sell directly themselves on B&Q and the prices were 25% cheaper, which was a saving of £220 on the cut I ordered. I contacted them as it was only the next day and I obviously wanted to cancel the order and re-order cheaper. I was told there was a 25% cut off fee that wouldn't be refunded so made it pointless cancelling. Even though I said I still wanted the grass so they wouldn't lose out.
The fact I've been left paying so much more through ordering direct and not third party has left me regretting dealing with this company and I haven't even had the grass yet. I was looking forward to laying the grass and now I'm left feeling I've been mislead on pricing and overcharged.

In response to the reply. The products are being sold and dispatched by yourselves on bbq not a third party. So it is your company advertising that price directly. It may be an offer you are running there but I think when a customer sees this just after ordering that you are selling this product 25% cheaper on another site you should honor this price or allow a cancellation to re-order.
It may be legal to do that, but as a company I think it not good practice and leaves a nasty experience for the consumer.

I must admit I had kind of made my mind to order from another company. But at the last minute Grass Warehouse's samples came through. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. First of all their samples were bigger in size approx 20cm x 20cm which made a huge difference in visioning the artificial grass and getting a feel if it in the garden. Price wise, they were a little more expensive but for me the quality was worth the price. Delivery also came within 3 days. Couldn't be happier with the end result. Kids love playing on the turf and can't wait to see the summer months.
