Yes Budget Grass is used on fruit & veg stalls, exhibitions and outdoor events. Exactly as the description states on our website. If you want to use it on your client's garden,then that's your call. When your spending less the £5 sqm it's no wonder they 'kicked off'. I would throw you off the job instantly. Get a sample so both you and your client agree on the expectation.
Horrible quality of grass
Horrible quality of grass. looks flat, thin, dead grass; feels hard under your feet. they claimed to give 60% discount on the list price but it wasn't even worth half the discounted price we paid for it. we asked why it looks and feels so awful, and they said we need to buy a £200 machine to brush the grass so it stands up right. we have installed many different types of artificial turfs in many projects and we have never heard anything like this. stay away from this horrible low quality supplier!

We appreciate your feedback, but from your comments, it’s clear that you lack fundamental knowledge of artificial grass installation.
Defibrillation Process – Any professional installer would know that artificial grass needs to be brushed after installation to lift the fibres. This can be done with a stiff broom or, ideally, a power broom. Suggesting that this step is unnecessary confirms that you are not as experienced as you claim to be.
Brown Thatch Misconception – The brown thatch at the base of the grass is intentionally designed to replicate natural turf. Calling it "dead grass" demonstrates a misunderstanding of how quality artificial grass is made.
Price Expectations – If you regularly purchase artificial grass, you would already know that our Canberra 52mm is considered exceptional value at under £10 per square metre. Customers who understand the product consistently rate it 4.5 out of 5 stars for value for money. This reflects its quality and realistic design—something professionals would recognise.
If you were genuine professionals, you would be aware of these facts. It seems the issue is not with the product but with a lack of industry knowledge
