Having problems returning defective P51 400 rc aircraft. I have provided order numbers S023135 for the P51 and SO23173 for the Spitfire. The P51 has CG and stabilization problem that requires full trim forward and yet it still pitches up the Spitfire flys great. I would like to return the P51 for a replacement. I have made three requests to the support page with no success

Everything was great.

Two orders from this outfit and BOTH tracking applications show nothing. First order from China, nothing on that. Second order from LA via FEDX and that shows it is still in LA for the past 7 days. Must be the old FEDX transportation method by pony express but they can not find the pony....

Wow! This was my first ever flight with a plane, and it went so well! The battery lasts a very long time, and the prop system handles hard landings nicely.

I bought this for my grandson. He's had fun using it in the pool and on the lake. It's quick and can right itself automatically if it flips over. The battery lasts around 15 minutes but gives a low-power warning. Thankfully, it comes with a spare battery. He absolutely loves it!

No delivery yet - 3 days late and counting!

Had to get in touch with them because they didn’t even send it out for a week after I ordered a speed boat remote control from them ! Then they lied about sending it out already and I know they lied because after 4 emails I finally got a tracking number! Said just received your pkge and now is on its way! Still haven’t got it but there’s hope!

Exhobby has all the parts I need to fix my rig but the fact that they’re just a middle man and everything still has to be waited on to arrive from China sucks. It’s why I gave four stars instead of five.

Delivery of their products is very prompt. If you have any problems with their products it will be handled in a timely and respectable manor.

I am a beginner and was flying my newly bought 400 mm spitfire. A gust of wind came and carried that plane all the way back to England from Florida. I contacted Chris at customer service to mention the tale not expecting anything. He hooked me up with a great coupon for a new Spitfire. They have a customer for life !!!
