It’s a little slow shipping but you can’t beat the value customer support is responsive very grateful for my experience working with Polla.

Never responded to my emailed questions. Cancelled the order as i never got any information on shipment.

Planes are very good and durable

A little weak on instruction / operstor manual. No clue as to why a beeping sound started in the boat after inspection installing battery. Battery took closer to 4&1/2 hours to charge nit 2&1/2 to 3 as stated. Reverse switch didn’t work. Got stuck on shorline I couldn’t reach with no way to back up. Boat battery life closer ri 15 minutes than stated 30.

The estimated arrival for my order was 3-6 days. It’s now been 12 days and I still haven’t received my small order. Additionally, I never received a shipping confirmation from ExHobby. Truly unacceptable service.

Everything was as it was destined. Only thing that could make it better, is detailed instructions.

Exhobby is a easy company to order from with great pricing. I ordered 3 items and one of the 3 has a problem with the battery or charger. 2 of the items were gifts and had no issues. The one I kept for myself did and Exhobby sent replacement parts. Thank you for this. The Volantex Atomic xs is a fun boat which exceeded my expectations, when set up properly it achieved excellent speed and runtime of 26 minutes.

The order was shipped out on two separate carriers FedX which was the plane itself was complete but the USPS delivery was short: order was for (4) prop saver shaft adapters, there are only (2) in the box
Overall they did a good job

Arrived on time and undamaged. Well packaged.

I haven’t received my order yet but I can say that I ordered an F-22 Raptor a couple years ago and I love it. It’s a very high quality product, durable and extremely fun to fly. I recently ordered propellers for it and was curious about when I would be receiving them. I emailed the support team and got an immediate reply. I was a little nervous dealing with AI but my questions were answered and all is great. I would definitely recommend EXHOBBY

I received a battery that would not charge. When I made them aware of this they sent me a new one.

The props were not compatible with the plane they were advertised as being made for, and ExHobby used GoFoExpress shipping, which I had never heard of but proved to be the worst delivery company I’ve encountered in the United States. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Although it is plastic it appears to be very durable. It is a very capable 4x4 and will climb over almost anything put in front of it.
All I can say is so far so good. Affordable and functional. It even came with batteries for the remote. I am very much satisfied with this purchase.
