worst customer service!!!They never. answer and we cat use the boat we bought through them.

The two models came as described but one had a fault which I couldn't resolve. When I contacted customer service, much to my surprise given modern standards of service, they accepted my problem instantly and took immediate steps to resolve it. Now both models I purchased work fine and I would not hesitate to purchase again because my customer care was excellent. Mike

The plane is too hard to fly without sufficient directions. It already has a broken part after flying one time so we have ordered more parts but for almost a $200 airplane it is not up to par.

I received my yellow cub and I really don’t like it so I purchased the F4u Corsair 500 from you .

Products page showed products in stock and yet exhobby took 3 business days to process my order before shipping- and needed to be reminded by myself to ship the product! Wtf?!

It said that it was going to be (2 two 6) days and then after the 6th day is said that it was do another 5 days

My son received this boat as a birthday gift, but within the first few minutes of use, the propeller and driveshaft came loose. I tightened it, but shortly after, the parts were completely lost.
We’ve been trying to resolve the issue with Exhobby, but it has been a nightmare dealing with them. They have not offered any support—no replacement parts and no exchange.
This experience has been very disappointing, and I will not purchase from them again. It’s a good example of why many people prefer buying from Amazon.

Could never access the tracking information, box shows up crushed which damaged the canopy inside.

Never received order completely inadequate customer service after my purchase nothing but chat bots

Not good quality. My nephew had his VOLANTEXRC Spitfire (RTF) 4CH 400mm with Gyro (15.7"') 76112plane for just over a month and the piece that holds one of the wheels came completely off.

Haven't received my package 😕

Contacted customer service about what appeared to be a defective unit. They sent out a replacement unit at no cost to us.

I ordered batteries specifically for my p40 because I was not sure of the connector type. It has been over three weeks and still no arrival. The tracking number provided is not able to locate. I have tried to contact the company and have heard nothing as of today. I would like either a refund or a status update! Where is my order #SO25659?!!!!
