Had the parts I needed. Delivery time was good.

Product arrived in good shape. Shipped took a little longer than I expected. Communication with your chat bot was somewhat confusing. Seems that tracking information on your website wasn’t updated in coordination with the chat bot response. Otherwise happy to get my order. Seems that item is generally out of stock. Replaced a crashed earlier version of the phenox 2400.

I was able to buy spare batteries, propellers, motors, gearboxes, and even servo push rods for my Volantex RC plane. So great to be able to repair it when things break rather than contributing to waste and pollution by needing to buy a new one each time I take a serious crash. Shipping took a couple of weeks, but was free and well worth the wait.

The wide availability and low cost of replacement parts makes keeping these entry level RC planes flying. I am hoping their suppliers will eventually make an RC JU-87 Stuka.

they did great for the most part, the only thing I think needs help is the replies when contacting CS, took forever to get a reply about shipping status

Horrible. I accidentally ordered three aircrafts. I asked for two of them to be canceled. They did not get canceled. They got shipped. My money did not get refunded. I was pointing the direction of a website that did not have the form that they wanted me to fill out. Don't shop this company

The first radio controlled plane I ordered for my husband broke promptly after first use. He was able to use gorilla glue to repair it. I tried to use the coupon to order another plane for him, but kept getting errors. When I ordered without the coupon, it miraculously went through.

I haven't had the time to open my glider yet but the shipping was fast.

The website was very easy to navigate through like how it’s set up. I got the plane in a timely manner. Everything went great except for when I emailed because there is no phone number to call anybody and I emailed telling them that I had ordered the wrong plane and asked if I could Switch to the plane that I wanted because the plane hadn’t been shipped yet. I never did get a response back to this day and email is the only way to get a hold of them like I said no phone number. You ship me the plane I open the box and everything was perfect Beautiful plane but I really wanted the other plane so next time I will probably order from somebody else in case, I have a problem I can talk to somebody or at least get a answer back when I email them about an issue that I’m having so all in all great plane Got from California to my house with no issues no problems but customer service not so good when you’re buying something online, you really need good customer service.

It took 5 confirmation emails to the company to send the product, with bot answers. 4 weeks until it arrived. Once here, hited box…
And the plane just broke on the first flight.
A big mistake to buy it…

I ordered just some props. 20 to 30 days for shipment to arrive from China. Arrived in 10 days. Great!!

Boat propeller stopped working on 3rd day of use. Not worth $100.00!!!!!! More like a $10.00 product. Very unhappy!!

The delivery was really quick. That was the only good part. The model is not very good quality. The decorative rotor came off and was lost almost immediately which made the plane difficult to balance in flight, even when adding other weights. The trim function on the remote seems to do nothing. Making adjustments to the model was hit or miss. If you are a beginner looking for something quick and easy to fly out of the box, this probably isn't it. Review would have been better if the cost was lower (about 80 dollars CAD). Worth more like 50.

Good price R/C plane, I enjoy flying it.
