The process of eviction is very complicated and the lack of help from my own insurance company caused delays and so I decided to use Andrew from Evictthem.co.uk. He was easy to get hold of via email and phone and helped with every stage and pretty much held my hand through the process . He served on my behalf to make sure it was done correctly and filled out the complicated forms with me only having to sign and do a few minor bits which he guided through. It made a complicated process much less painful. Thank you :)

Clare Fawcett handled my case from start to finish, always at hand by phone or email to help and advise. Though the case got complicated because the Judge missed a vital piece of evidence, and ordered a perusal hearing, Clare quickly jumped on it to point out the courts error and got it resolved without the need for a personal hearing. This was done at no extra cost despite the extra work. Clare will definitely be my first call if needed in the future.

I unfortunately encountered a tenant from hell: he stopped paying rent right after the very first month and deposit, damaged property, lied over and over to the point of putting a fake name in the contract as guarantor and impersonating this person in emails.
Clare at Evicthem has been fantastic. Not only did she help me to send him an eviction notice and then get a court date, but she also assisted me throughout this whole extremely stressful process going above and beyond what was expected of her.

After 15 years of not needing the courts we had two cases that did virtually simultaneously. When I went alone with a section 21 all of those years ago I made an error and ended up giving the job to a solicitor to start again so this time I was conscious of not making the same mistake. Having had a quote that made my eyes water I stumbled across Andrew and read his reviews. Suddenly a realistic option.

The cases were one section 21 and one section 8. We got the possession order for the former two weeks ago and went to court with the later today. I was beyond nervous at the prospect of court however my fears were unfounded. The judge was great and commented on the accuracy of our paperwork. Apparently they regularly get those that have “gone it alone” at this stage that he has the unpleasant task of rejecting on a technicality. Obviously I deferred the praise to Andrew. The judge was also complementary on the detail of the claim specifically mentioning a point that Andrew had added that I would not have known about. This point alone gave us a safety net, albeit not needed, but very reassuring.

Andrew also managed my over thinking and stress with ease, another bonus.

I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone facing this complex and stressful area of being a landlord and to invest in Evicthem from the start.

Situations with unreasonable tenants who decide to stop paying rent and refusing to move out are very stressful and costly for good landlords. It can often feel like there is no support as managing agents are usually clueless on what to do and the law favours the tenants and hard to navigate. Clare from evicthem was absolutely superb. I found the company thanks to the TrustPilot reviews and was not disappointed. Really supportive and knowledgeable about the law and process. Highly recommended if as a landlord, you find yourself in a similar situation. Fair costs too.

Andrew guided us through the whole process (more knowledgeably than our letting agent) and as a result we did not even need to go to court. A great result: he makes complex matters simple.

Amazing service from Andrew Stott of Evicthem! I have used other Companies in the past and had poor results, but they were efficient and effective. I made contact on 22 May 2024 and all the paperwork arrived on 24.5.24, all we had to do was to sign and I chose to hand deliver them to the Court. Andrew was always at the end of the phone and his instructions, both verbally and written, were clear and concise. By 19.6.24 I had my Possession Order. I can't fault them.

When I started to look for specialists who dealt with eviction I actually had a call with Amin Haque Solicitors and I just never felt a good rapport. Straight way when I spoke with Andrew I knew he was the guy to help me and HE WAS!!! If you call - he always answers and if not he will call you back. He is such a lovely guy I can't recommend him enough. Plus I got the result I wanted at court (I represented myself but the getting the paperwork right is key) Thanks again.
