I have been through some difficult time with tenants that not only did not pay the rent but also was saying to neighbor's that the owned my property and they well planning to sell it. Julian and Elle helped me follow the process all the way until the bailiff date. They helped and advised me and they were very patient with all my questions. They are very professional and they will get the results you expect to get. I strongly recommend them. Make sure you have a solicitor like Julian and Elle and you don.t have to worry, just be patient with the process

Marianne was great. Very calm, professional and experienced. She gave very sensible advice at a time that is very stressful for a landlord.
Marianne was easy to contact and very thorough in her work.
Obviously it cost me, but I think that the charges were overall reasonable.

I honestly cannot recommend the Landlord Group highly enough. They supported us through an extremely long, stressful and complex eviction process, and without their guidance and reassurance we simply would not have managed it.

From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, realistic and supportive — never sugar-coating the situation, but always explaining our options clearly and helping us make informed decisions. When the eviction escalated and ultimately required enforcement through the High Court Enforcement Officer, their advice and experience became absolutely invaluable.

I was initially with another firm, but I suspected something was wrong and got advice from the Landlord Group and they took over and spotted errors that I had not even realized.

My case handler was Jordan, and he was fantastic from start to finish. Our eviction case involved a tenant who had gained the tenancy through fraud, and therefore it was not a run-of-the-mill eviction. But thanks to the Landlord Group we got an amazing result.

I had a very positive experience with Landlord Group. Elle was always quick to respond to my emails and phoned me whenever needed. Our day in court didn’t go exactly as expected, but she was extremely helpful and ultimately saved me a significant amount of money by helping me reach an agreement with the tenant. In the end, the bailiffs attended and I successfully regained possession of the property.

After going through the stresses of trying to deal with evictions myself i decided to instruct The Landlord Group who have now helped me with 2 successful evictions of non paying tenants. Afra dealt with my case so well done so far on obtaining the possession order.
