I am absolutely delighted with the service that Landlord eviction service provided for me and my daughter. They assisted us with our queries and never ending questions throughout this difficult process.
They were very thorough with all the paperwork and ensured that everything was in order before the paperwork was submitted to the court. A belt and braces approach to ensure we got the right result.
Today we successfully got a possession order and I know we are now getting close to the end of this extremely stressful situation.

Top notch service when I needed A Eviction company to help me with my problem they got straight on top of it and served the notice within 24 under the full Case review and A almost 1 hour consultation as our Case was quite complicated. We received the possession order for rent arrears within two months and then transferred it to the High Court and got a property back in around three months. My frantic efforts to find advice from a Eviction Company who I could speak with came when I called Landlord Eviction Service and spoke to Paul, this was on a Saturday and he spent quite a while listening to my problem and then told me what we needed to do to get the property back and get the Occupiers Evicted.
He sent me a Breakdown of the service options and once I had my documents together to forward to him in no time at all the papers were submitted to the High Court.
On the day of the hearing we won the case and then Paul and his team arranged for the Bailiffs to attend and carryout the eviction.
They attended , the locks were changed and now we have the property secured until we find a buyer.
Great service and good prices.

I am extremely grateful to landlord eviction service for dealing with a really complicated eviction. The communication was excellent and there was always a a response within 2-3 hours. The case got rather complex but they dealt with effectively also they were eager to keep the costs down which was a result for me. All around I would definitely recommend.

They were extremely helpful and very supportive.
And successful in helping me with my house.
I had three cases which this company dealt with, and I honestly have to say that I felt so great that this company was dealing with it. The company and staff were just absolutely amazing and very professional from start to finish. I would definitely be using them again in the near future and highly recommend to anyone as it was the best decision I’ve ever made to go for such a great company. Communication and professionalism was beyond my expectations and staff was always supportive and helpful regardless of the time of the day. I felt like I can make queries whenever necessary without feeling overwhelmed and staff was always there to help.
