The personal service is excellent, but automated portal is not great
After having problems with the automated referencing portal (the automated upper limit for applications was not high enough for my father), the case was then passed on to Tasha at LegalforLandlords which was transformative. She personally rang me and explained that she understood the problem and then made sure to manually upload the documents required and then emailed me back to tell me that all had been completed and the approved referencing was back with the estate agent. So 2 stars for the portal, but 5 stars for the personal service

Helpful and quick referencing, thanks Faye
Faye Deluce handled my tenant referencing and made it easy. My previous landlord was slow to respond, and she kept in touch, followed up with the agency for me and added the landlord reference as soon as it arrived. She was quick to reply and clear about what she needed from me. Referencing was completed without any fuss. Thank you Faye!
