New french doors
Very happy with overall experience and the actual window supplied, plus the fitting was exceptional. My only criticism would be the poor communication. I had to chase information, and on the day of installation I had to call to find out when the fitters were arriving, and I was promised a call back which never came.

Very happy with the windows we have had…
Very happy with the windows we have had with Euroseal. Everything was explained correctly and all fittings done on time. We had the same 2 fitters on both occasions they did a really good job very professional clean all the mess up and take it with them. Nothing was to much for them. Would highly recommend. Thank you to all at Euroseal.

Had a terrible sales experience - pushy tactics
Had a terrible sales experience today and wanted to share to highlight to others to be careful when dealing with this company.
We had a canvasser knock on and offer a 12 month no-obligation quote, and because we needed new patio doors we agreed, explaining we wouldnt be looking to have the work for around 10-12 months time. Was told no problem.
The salesman showed up and he was a very nice guy. He initially ran us through the companies quality and ethos/standards and showed us the quality of the product (which we admit was very good). This took over an hour and the poor lad just kept talking in circles and clearly had been given a script to cover. It then became clear he was very keen to get us to agree to the work being done in the next few months, and spent ages going through finance and buy now pay later options, which I told him I was not keen on but would consider for the right price. After over 1 hour of being with us he measured up and drew up a design which we liked, and then told us the quote would be over £7000, knocked down to £6000 and something with some incentive. I told him that was not even remotely feasible and he proceeded to call the office, who gave him a "referral" code with the line "but its the only one I have so they have to use it now" which knocked the price down to just over £5000. He bartered with us for more time, me being very clear we could not afford this, and he asked what I could afford, and then called back the manager at the office who gave us a "trade price" of just over £4000, which I imagine is the actual price, just marketed as the best deal possible to get people to commit. This was still out of our budget, and they were then pushing me to say what I would stretch to, so I continued to firmly but politely decline and eventually their manager got the message and told the salesman to "pack up and ill send you your next job through", to which he emailed us the 12 month quote (which was the original price of £7000) and went on his way.
Honestly this was one of the worst sales experiences I have ever been involved in. He was with us over 2 hours, was very pushy and used really snakey tactics to make it seem like a good deal, when in reality it was far higher than work of similar quality friends/family have had done recently. Avoid.
Resubmitted this review as the company wanted extra information, but trust pilot will not let me submit this and the emails went to my spam inbox. I'm happy to discuss my experience further, but I suspect this is a tactic by the company to get genuine but negative reviews removed.

Thankyou for replying to the request information from Trust Pilot, it does show you have had a genuine experience with us, and I apologise that it was a unhappy one, our sales representatives are trained weekly and your thoughts and comments will be used in our next meeting, our team know that for everyone who allows us to give a quotation know that it should be a pleasant one, and not the experience you encountered, I will not allow any kind of pressure sales as this ends up being also a bad experience for the company.
So apologies once again and I guarantee this will be dealt with.
With regards to the request information, If you look back through the reviews, If people do send there information so I can check its genuine I will always give a genuine response, I never ask for reviews to be removed unless it is derogatory about the company or a individual, Trust Pilot is a great platform for customers to give there honest opinion, The one thing that bothers me is if someone deems it necessary to leave a 1 star review of a company, and then for some unknown reason don't supply information for the company to see if its genuine and then respond accurately, I have a friend who works in customer service for Amazon and he deals with this on a much larger scale, and he's amazed why people wont supply information so that he can respond and help them resolve there issue. so when someone leaves a 1 star review about Euroseal and they don't respond to the request information I can only assume its fake.

The fitters were great
The fitters were great. Very professional, friendly and very tidy.
And I love my windows and doors.
What let's them down is the pushy sales. I literally had a salesman come round whilst I was in the middle of having work done, trying to get me to get more work done.
The time before I had numerous phonecalls doing the same and door to door salesmen knocking on. And the biggest let down is unfortunately telling me I needed work done when I actually didn't. Thankfully my husband called him out on that so.

The fitters were very efficient, polite and took all waste away with them. I am really pleased with all the work EuroSeal have done for me this year. Front door, side French doors. Two windows. Great quality.
Everyone friendly and professional. Follow up service phone calls too. Nothing too much trouble.

The service was very good. The staff were polite, worked very hard and answered any questions I had. They cleaned up any mess. The quality of the windows and doors is of a high standard. I am so pleased that I am having them to do my garage doors.

As per Trustpilots guidelines, any customer who leaves a review is asked to provide details of there interaction confidentially within 3 days to Trustpilot.
This proves that there review is genuine and gives the company a chance to investigate and give a honest reply.
Each business reviewed on here only has a user name to work with (no name, phone number or address to help investigate so without there details our hands are tied, unfortunately this does open the floodgates for anyone, customer or company to leave fake reviews.)
As Trustpilot won't remove reviews unless they break there rules, ie swearing, racial slurs, threatening etc, the reviews stay online. So for this reason it falls to the company to try and investigate and give there genuine response.
As Laura has provided no details to Trustpilot or ourselves we deem this review as fake.

New window installation
Good communication throughout the job. Salesman who visited us was very polite and helpful but did not put us under any obligation.
Once a price was agreed the surveyor visited to measure and advise on a few minor adjustments which was helpful.
On the installation day the fitters arrived on time did a great job leaving the site clean and tidy.
