As per Trustpilots guidelines, any customer who leaves a review is asked to provide details of there interaction confidentially within 3 days to Trustpilot.
This proves that there review is genuine and gives the company a chance to investigate and give a honest reply.
Each business reviewed on here only has a user name to work with (no name, phone number or address to help investigate so without there details our hands are tied, unfortunately this does open the floodgates for anyone, customer or company to leave fake reviews.)
As Trustpilot won't remove reviews unless they break there rules, ie swearing, racial slurs, threatening etc, the reviews stay online. So for this reason it falls to the company to try and investigate and give there genuine response.
As Laura has provided no details to Trustpilot or ourselves we deem this review as fake.

New window installation
Good communication throughout the job. Salesman who visited us was very polite and helpful but did not put us under any obligation.
Once a price was agreed the surveyor visited to measure and advise on a few minor adjustments which was helpful.
On the installation day the fitters arrived on time did a great job leaving the site clean and tidy.

Five pane front bay/kitchen windows replaced, marvellous job. The fitters were great, worked throughout, polite and tidied up afterwards, very pleased with the results.

Happy with new garage door
We were introduced to Euroseal when they were doing work in the area and sent lads around to drop flyers. We knew we needed a new garage door so were happy to get a quote, but as others have mentioned here they use very high pressure sales tactics and as an autistic person it's very difficult to say no when you know you need the work done. However, the quality of the work is excellent and the prices were reasonable for what we ordered. We went from a leaky, rotting, and peeling up and over manual door to a well insulated and properly sealed electric door so the garage can become a wheelchair accessible workshop. They kept us up to date on the manufacturing and planned installation date. The gentleman who did the work was fast, knowledgeable, tidy and did the work with care. So my recommendation would be to get your other quotes before speaking with euroseal, but the quality of the work is excellent and their financing options make it possible to get essential work done.

2 doors fitted
2 doors fitted. 3 nice lads, polite and courteous. Just got on with the job and did it excellently. Cleared all mess. Guys worked so hard and quick. The finish is excellent. Thought we would need to do paint touch ups but nothing. Such a clean finish. Definitely recommend this company, so much so our neighbour has booked to have a new door from them.

Very pushy even after we said no.
A sales person arrived on the day they were supposed to but at different time, they parked over our drive way and pavement, very inconsiderate and unnecessary as we live on a wide road with very little traffic. The sales person went on to say they were early because appointments take an hour to an hour and a half. She said we should have been told this by the person who made the appointment, we should also have been told that both of us needed to be there. This also had not been communicated. We have had someone else quote to replace the garage door and the process took just under 30 mins. We asked for a ball park figure but were told this was not possible. When we said we could not spare that sort of time she said she wanted to speak to her boss, in turn he wanted to speak to us to rearrange the appointment. However, despite being retired senior citizens they were very pushy which is what put me off and we declined. Having read some of the other reviews I’m glad we didn’t go any further, I would have wanted a firm quote no “special offers” and to have it in writing but having read what others have said it seems unlikely. Please note, what ever the salesperson says, their manager or Allen Brookes etc they DO NOT have to explain their financing options if you want to pay in full, there is no consumer law that says the do. It’s just a ploy to get more out of you, they earn more money if it’s on finance and the sales person gets a bonus. So just say no. Euroseal have today asked for more information, it seems they do this quite often and then state this to be a fake review. It’s not fake it’s just a true account of what happened. You will see they regularly announce negative reviews as fake reviews, it’s a bit like Donal trump saying it’s fake news.
Following on for their reply, it’s true FCA rules state customers should be treated fairly, however if we want to pay in full there is no need for them to go through or explain their finance options. Firms do receive commission payments for selling finance so if Euroseal don’t, well they lack business acumen in not exploring the opportunities open to them.
The tone of their response lacks professionalism, but perhaps that’s to be expected given how they treat customers. Their customer reviews (not mine) confirm this to be the case.

Apologies with regard to the delay in responding to your review, firstly thankyou for supplying your information to us which shows that you have had a genuine experience with us it does help massively. In response to your review, as soon as I heard that our lady representative had parked haphazardly and inconsiderately on your drive and road, I immediately took her to the local Tesco and spent a good couple of hours training her how to park better, at the end of this I'm sure you'll be happy to know I was overly confident with her efforts and can guarantee that this parking issue won't befoul another customer. With regards to the time frame needed, we never outstay our welcome with a customer the time of the appointment all depends on what the customer wants a quotation on, for example a full house of windows it will take longer than a single door, also because we are so proud of our products we do like to show the off to customers.
I fail to understand the next statement you say you wanted a firm quote and then say the next company gave you a ball park figure?? we don't give ball park figures and the reasons are this no professional company will give a ball park figure, and if a company I had not used before gave me a ball park figure, I would seriously think about using them, a ball park figure to most people means a shoddy job, for example Buster you wouldn't take your car in for a service and ask for a ball park figure would you? you'd want a accurate quote on what was being done, that's how professional companies work. Also if we would have given you a ball park figure, and then 6 months later you rang back and wanted to go ahead with the price, you would have then wanted more information about designs the company and the installation process, which if everyone worked your way, they would see everyone twice and only work 6 months of the year, what company would agree to that madness.
Onto the next, I was a bit confused by this, you state that our lady representative was very pushy, our representative was with you for under 5 minutes, was very polite and only tried to explain how we work, (saying that though if she explained anything like her parking I should train her on that as well) so I fail to understand that how her explaining how the way we work is pushy, we tried to rearrange the appointment you said no and we left.
Next with regards to our finance options we are governed by the FCA ( Financial Conduct Authority) and they demand that each customer we see is treated fairly. At Euroseal, we do not earn a commission for our credit brokering services, we are not incentivised to sell our products on finance either. We act to deliver good outcomes, ensuring customers are treated fairly and to comply the FCA’s consumer duty. Our policy is to present all the available payment options to our customers. We do this to communicate clearly so customers can make timely, informed decisions on how they wish to make the purchase. So for your information and as a example if we had visited you gave a price you agreed to have the work done and you were very adamant about not discussing finance options, then 6 months after having the work installed you discovered we offer a Interest free loan, you could have complained to the FCA and we would have lost our licence because we didn't treat you fairly even though you demanded at the time you didn't want to listen to the other options we had available, and yes there is no law with regards to this but if your saying that you would rather be treated unfairly then that is your decision to make, we as a company would not give a quotation unless they listened to the other options we have available, its not worth our licence.
I can't imagine who you've been speaking to Buster but the 1990's have gone and you don't get bonuses for selling finance.
With regard to Fake reviews you kindly sent your information and we know its not Fake.
