Windows look great and fitting looks great to. Nice and polite fitters that left everywhere they were working as they found it after they had finished. Also the fact they had someone come out to make sure we where happy with everything was a nice touch and also a follow up call after they job was finished 👌🏻

This company initially attended my property saying they were ‘doing work in the area’ about 2 years ago. Initially i agreed to the quote until I learned that they will never speak to me unless my partner is present. We work opposite shifts so this is never possible.
I kept getting bombarded with calls and eventually I asked them to remove my number of their systems as I am no longer interested. I was promised this would be done however 2 years later I am still being harassed by calls and visits to my door. I have spoken to staff on the phone and face to face at the door about this harassment however nothing seems to be done. They also ring from no caller ID so you can never block them.
Considering they are constantly scouting areas for work, it also gives the impression that they aren’t actually receiving as much work as they like to make out.

We got our new windows and front door installed 3 years ago and had no issues whatsoever until the other day. Unfortunately, the lock on our composite 4-lock front door broke but thankfully I remembered we had 10 year warranty that covered doors, windows and locks. I gave euroseal a call late Tuesday afternoon to explain the issue and they sent Spencer out the next day to try and fix it. The job ended up being quite a complex one but Spencer was extremely helpful and polite and installed a temporary lock on our door to keep us safe overnight before returning the following morning to finish the job. I can’t fault the service from the call agent and Spencer and I am greatful to Euroseal for getting the job done swiftly and honouring their 10 year promise. Thanks Adam

The roofers were very pleasant & got on with the job. They tidied up fully & were very good in keeping me abreast of what was happening. I would recommend Euroseal to anyone

The initial support team that that came to survey the installation was very polite and got on with with the work with out any fuss, he also pointed out that because unit we hade chosen was not a standard unit that I may have to make some simple protection things that I needed to do to make them work without damage. The installation team that came to fit the units arrived on time and started working strate away after introducing themselves. the woke was carried out without any fuss to our selves. when the installation was complete we given a comprehensive guide of how doors shut and the locking mechanism. the area was then cleaned up before they left.

Great service from start to finish. Great communication with the initial sales rep and the fitters were fantastic, doing what they need to and not leaving a mess.

The removal of my old conservatory roof and installation of the new one went smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised at the depth of thermal insulation, together with insulated plasterboard, and the metalwork. It looked strong and substantial. The tiles were a good colour match for our house roof. The 2 installers were polite, competent and tidy. I still have electrics and plastering to finish off but so far, so good. The conservatory now looks and feels like a room, as opposed to a bolt-on glass house. The real test though will be when the weather cools.

Euroseal isn’t just a bad experience as a customer / someone being harassed by phone calls but also as an employee.

It’s funny watching the way they operate internally, it’s basically a circus.

I’m glad I left and I hope they shut down.

All the people from the sales team to the fitters and office staff were very friendly pleasant and punctual everything went with ease and the communication and the fiiting was very quick and stress free would recommend

All went as planned no delays, the fitters Keiran and Lee were punctual, worked really hard and did a brilliant job. No mess, everything left as it was when they arrived and no decorating touch ups required anywhere. Everyone we spoke to from Sales to customer service at Euroseal has been very helpful and polite and delivered on their promise. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the windows.

They replaced my old wooden porch awning with UPVC made good some pointing and left the site tidy and clean.
