Os contaré mi experiencia: llamo para comprobar cobertura del servicio de Internet 4G en casa, una chica superamable me mira en el mapa por teléfono y me dice que tengo cobertura 4G buena o muy buena... genial!! Me mandan el equipo al día siguiente, enchufo y cero cobertura. Llamo al servicio técnico, me dicen que cambie de orientación por la casa, pruebo en todas las ventanas y orientaciones posibles, cero cobertura. Escalan a servicio superior, donde me miran cobertura, igual que la chica de ventas, ¡y me dicen que no tengo cobertura aquí! Les comento lo de la chica de ventas del día anterior, y el tío me reconoce que los de ventas dicen que sí a todo el mundo y que luego los marrones se los come él, "no te haces idea de la de casos que tengo así al día", me suelta. Total, al día siguiente vienen a recoger el módem... ¡y a los pocos días me llega una factura de algo más de 10 euros en el que me facturan 1 día de servicio que no me han dado y la recogida del módem! IMPRESIONANTE, Eurona...

Una estrella porque no puedo 0.de lo peor, no he tenido conexión a Internet, me iba mejor los datos del móvil, me reclaman recibos ya pagados y en febrero me di de baja después de los 2 años y siguen cobrando recibos y aun no han venido a retirar la antena.
Hablo con ellos hace poco porque me reclamaban los pagos desde febrero y no les constaba que me había dado de baja, aun esperando que me contacten y obviamente no voy a pagar nada de lo que reclaman.
Un auténtico desastre
Desde la contratación engañosa del comercial, de la que tuvieron en varias ocasiones constancia pero la empresa no hizo nunca nada al respeto, hasta los recibos cobrados de más que no me devolvieron,y por aburrimiento ya di por perdidos , la mala calidad del servicio, precios elevados, me reclamaron después de años el precio de la instalación que estaba subvencionada por la Unión europea, infinidad de cosas que podría seguir contando de la compañía, un auténtico desastre y un error haberlos elegido.. Lo único positivo que los de atención al cliente son muy amables.

Llevo dos dias y 8 llamadas para cambiar de servicio y hasta la fecha nadie me ha resuelto el problema. Todos me dicen que me volverán a llamar y pasara la cuarentena del coronavirus, me despedirán por no tener mi trabajo al dia y seguramente nadie me habrá contactado! Tampoco tienen ofertas solidarias para ayudar a los que debemos trabajar y estudiar de casa cuando casi todas las empresas han puesto en marcha planes de ayuda. Realmente dejan mucho que desear ....

Just typical for Eurona, cancel my service in November get a cancellation number and told I have no payment outstanding, cancel direct debit. Receive an invoice today for December saying I have till the 25th of the month to pay the amount or "if you do not make the payment we will cancel all the services contracted through Eurona. In addition all the pending amounts of payment will be claimed until the cancellation date". No wonder I was so surprised when it was easy to cancel. Nothing is ever easy with Eurona!!
This is just a tip of the iceberg with the pain I have been through with them over the years. Stay clear!!
Don't touch them with a bargepole
Similar experience here in the province of Cadiz.
Monday to Friday up to about 8pm the service is acceptable. After that and especially at weekends which is when we use it the connections slows to about 4meg and then cuts out completely. Today is Saturday and it has so far dropped five times.
Technical service used to be good (and used to be 24/7) but now they just tell us it has to go to higher level and that dept. only works Monday to Friday when we are never at home! Current speed is 4.18 Mbps when we have contracted 30. Their own agents recognize that they have overloaded the network. Their solution seems to consist of frustrating long-term clients like us and then suggesting we should leave. Seriously, that was the suggestion from tech support today!

Agosto 2019. Zona Pirineo Gerona. hace unos 6 meses que tengo contratado Eurona. Un timo. El comercial me vendio 30 Mbps de bajada y 3 de subida, y era cierto, pero las 30 de bajada, invariablemente, al cabo de UN MINUTO de estar descargando, quedan limitadas a DOS. Cortadas a cuchillo. Tanto da que estes bajando un archivo, que este actuallizandose el PC o el telefono o que estes mirando una pelicula. Fast.com, de Neflix, marca una velocidad de 1,9 Mbps. Para solventar el problema contrate una VPN (con el sobrecoste y las complicaciones añadidas que comporta) y como no se enteran de que hago no limitan la conexion. De denuncia.
Quantis and Eurona Sat are the WORST…
Quantis and Eurona Sat are the WORST companies I have ever, ever, ever encountered. Let me tell you why, so that you do not go through the same experience as I have endured since last year:
1. On their website and initial correspondence they GUARANTEE 100% coverage, no matter where you are, even in rural and mountainous areas. I had no coverage. I had problems every single day. I had no internet, no upload, no download speed, and since I work from home, it was impossible. They charge extortionate prices for a terrible (non-existent!) service.
2. I asked them for help on numerous occassions - but they failed to take responsibility. They failed to send an engineer to fix the issue even though I had absolutely no service, EVER.
3. Their 'customer service' is an ATROCITY. First of all they tried to blame ME for THEIR issues!! Can you believe it. They fail to answer my emails, they failed to answer my phone calls, they failed in every possible way.
4. I told them that I was cancelling my direct debit - I am not prepared to pay for a service....which does not deliver any of the service, especially since they GUARANTEED 100% COVERAGE NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE. Oh, then they answer an email to tell me I must pay the rest of my contract to be able to stop it....
5. This company is a complete scam. They only contact you if they want money. They have been harassing me since August 2018, asking me to pay in excess of 500 euros! Then, they have sent my details to their 'collections' company who have also been harassing me since August 2018. Every day they call me, 8 times. 8 TIMES!! My mobile network tells me not to answer this number because it is FRAUDULENT!!
DO NOT EVER, EVER, EVER ENTER IN TO A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MIND, AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE THIEVES. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. Signed their Quantis offer with a 18 month commitment. Please do not make the same mistake! Very responsive until co tract is signed, then, when problems happen, it is another story. We suffered 9 months of poor or unexistant coverage. The only timely action is when they send their monthly invoice. We asked for a credit. Their technical people said "of course, it makes sense, but we have no authority. You have to call customer service". And then the dance started... nobody in customer service to take care of a problem... only there to increase coverage costs... Wish I had chosen another provider....
