I bought the furniture 1 month ago and planned the delivery for a certain date as that's the only day I was off. Despite planning everything 1 month ago, they're telling me today (the expected delivery date) that the furniture will be delivered a week later than planned.

Very prompt delivery, unfortunately I received an unboxed chair which required assembly. The chair due to being unboxed and arriving in separate bits, did not have assembly instructions, I emailed the company asking for these to be sent but never received a reply, very disappointing customer service. Such a pity as the garden furniture is lovely and good quality.

Ordering on the phone was really easy with the help of Nuala. Really quick delivery too. Ordered on Tuesday and delivered by Friday !
The delivery men were really helpful as well. They brought the furniture right round to the back garden to where we would be using it.
Very pleased with the quality of the product.

3 by 3 gazebo is great easy to put together. The after sales is not good , when we payed for gazebo they said it was due in the next week but we had no phone call to say when it would be delivered or is there was a problem.in the we had to go back to store and ask where gazebo was this is after a number.off emails and texts, think 6 or 7 weeks after order was made that we got product. So we were not happy with that side off service and really never had any apology

Called into Eurogarden on the recommendation of a friend. Spoke to Brian who was helped with any questions we had. Having made our choice we paid and left with a promise of delivery the following week only to be phoned 20mins later to say they were going to try and deliver that day . unbelievable the table and chairs was delivered with in the hour. over the moon with our purchase and fast delivery would highly recommend

Easy to order, good updates and quick delivery. Furniture well packed to avoid damage.
Delivery driver kept good contact, and also good banter and bit craic !

Having skimped on price before - and regretted it - we wanted to invest in a quality garden set. We were originally looking for higher-quality rattan.

We visited the showroom last Autumn, and learned that the aluminium furniture was much more durable. When we saw this set on sale, we jumped.

Couldn't be happier with the quality, the price, and delivery arrived within two days. Can't fault anything in the whole experience.

We bought the Lisbon 8 seater oval table dining set and we love it! It is beautiful and really good quality. Nuala could not have been more helpful and the lads that delivered it were very helpful too, putting it exactly where we wanted it and were very careful with it. Would highly recommend them.

We bought a Sicily L corner suite from the clearance section for our deck a couple of weeks ago. Great customer service from all the team, very friendly and helpful without being pushy. Delivery prompt. Furniture sturdy but light. Very happy

I am delighted with my new Florence Patio set. Its a lovely addition to my patio area and is so comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and patient in helping me decide as there was so much choice and Ivfound it hard to make up my mind. Special mention to Cheslea who really went over and beyond by getting my furniture delivered in a short period of time. I would definitely recommend Eurogarden!

From our very first visit Chelsea really went out of her way to help us choose our L seater set, dining set and egg swing chair and keep it until our garden landscaping was finished. Bought a garden set from here last month ! Firstly the staff were brilliant really pleasant helpful and funny ! The furniture is beautiful, great quality really comfy and I am delighted with it ! Delivery driver was great also really helpful and funny ! All round a great purchase 10/10 from would definitely recommend!
