Ervi did start of strong but have returned to the same pathetic ways of Hermes. They aren't even that much cheaper, so why do senders keep using a Moralless, Unethical, Anti Customer Focused Company. I sold a brand new book on eBay, was told to use their Evri postage. Dropped the book off at the post office , wrapped and in perfect Brand new condition. On arrival to the book shop I sold it to, if had been dropped in transit and the spine damaged beyond repair. No use to the shop, I am out of pocket £65.00> Evri response is a big fat O. Emailed , them received a mail that they would look into it and heard nothing since despite me sending mails asking fro an update. Phone contact useless as far as they are concerned it was delivered and I should speak to the recipient. Customer service Big fat O

The Ervi delivery service is appalling
The Ervi delivery service is appalling, one star is far too much credit. As a small business owner, we tried their service for 30 days, so many missing parcels, all marked as delivered.
It turns out, if the customer is not in, they will leave it on the doorstep and walk off. And it likely gets stolen within 10 minutes, or the Ervi driver steals it, one of the two.
We had our customers complain directly to Ervi, and they are told, "we will contact the sender and resolve this", and they never contact us, and then they never get back to the customer. And when we complain to Ervi as the sender, you just get no response.
This company should be shut down permanently...

They delivered mine to different address although our shop was opened till 5:30pm today. Notification said my order was delivered at 1:30pm. They asked me to go around and check with neighbours to see. This is unbelievable, we opened the door for business till 5:30pm today and they delivered the parcel to our unrecognised neighbour. They send me a photo as a proof, the neighbour has black & white tiles flooring, and now I have to go around the town to find out any shop has black n white tile flooring. Lol. Such an awful company

Ervi!!!! I am writing to express my frustration with the service provided by your courier company. There is no worse courier company than yours. I have been waiting for my package for two weeks now, which was supposed to be delivered the next day.
This delay is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and efficiency in handling my delivery.

Horrible experience... still awaiting for my parcel to arrive over a week late...I already knew to avoid this company due to pass experience.. But what I didn't know is that Royal Mail has partnered up with them. So when i selected Royal Mail to deliver, I was surprised to receive a email from Ervi ..In fact the funny thing is they wrote saying that I was going to get my parcel earlier next day delivery... avoid this company..

I got a delivery window from 4.30pm to 6.30pm Friday 25th I got home early from work just incase it come early.....I waited till 8pm and it didn't arrive so I called the number provided and all I could do was leave a message totally useless...this is the 2nd time it's happened I don't no why companies use evri for there delivery choice.

Since it's impossible to reach you over the phone or bot chat. I'm leaving this message here.Yesterday [17.10.24] your driver made delivery to Homefield Gardens, Mitcham, CR4 3BZ around 5.32pm and when he was doing that he aslo decided to fly tip his old mattress into alley way. Council already infomed and cctv footage provided.
