I’ve purchased two coats, one faux leather with fur trim and the other is duvet long padded coat, I don’t know what people are moaning about, the quality is on point, especially considering the decent prices! On both occasions I’ve paid for next day delivery and had my parcel the following day as expected, great company, thank you xx

Order arrived really quick! Coat is fab quality for the price. They also got in contact when they noticed my billing and shipping address was different to make sure it’s being sent to the right place. Will definitely be ordering from them again. X

Seeking a refund as I suspect a scam or fraud!

Avoid this company at all costs. I recently purchased a coat at £57. When I received the coat I liked the look of it and it fit lovely, I then wore the coat for ONE HOUR.. during this time the zip burst 7/8 times. I contacted customer service RE this and was told basically how to zip a coat up correctly.. obviously I replied letting their team known that in actual fact I knew how to zip a coat up at the grand age of 30. My bad for ordering with this company before reading the reviews. After some back and forth emailing they decided I could send the coat back but had to pay for the postage, if they found no issue with said coat then I would have to again pay for postage back. Well after reading through many of their reviews and seeing how they try to pass the book putting blame on customers I decided to have the zip fixed myself as couldn’t be bothered with the agro of having to send it back and pay for the postage myself. Baring In mind id already paid £4.99 to have it posted to me.

If you’re looking at buying from the company I wouldn’t waste your money. They genuinely don’t care about their customers and just care about making some extra £££ regardless as to if they are sending out shoddy items.

Shocking customer service ordered a set had it on when was raining and the went parts started to look like bleach stains I washed it and the full set done went like it when connected them I was told I would not get a refund or replacement as there is a 5 colour test done before sold and they could not prove it wasn't the way I had washed it

I received a coat which had a button missing, I sent this back and a new coat was sent out.

I was away on holiday so was not able to check the new coat for faults before the return period. When I got home I opened and tried on the new coat and the exact same fault was there, the same button was missing.

They either sent out the same coat I sent back to them, or the quality of their clothing is shocking.

They are also now refusing to issue me a refund. Do not order from here awful item and customer service!!!

I have ordered twice from this company and issues on both occasions the second time I a two piece set which came all dirty and marked where offered 10% off the item of
Clothing but if marks Didn’t come out I would not get refund !! So of course I wanted full refund and I have waited around a month since returning product for a refund on a faultly item !

Initially saying I would not get postage payment returned for returning this faulty item but then when agreed they would only refund on pay pal even though I paid with a debit card ! After numerous emails of been told
I need to send details for pay pal and totally ignoring what I was saying to them in my email , shocking customer service I will never use this company again !!!!

Very fast shipping. Very nice service. They let me know about my size. I am very pleased with the chocolate-colored jacket, very nice and warm. I recommend this company to everyone.

My tween daughter asked for money for her birthday from family so that she could purchase the viral 'Lillie fur coat' after 6weeks the fasten hooks have come off one of them has damaged the lether leaving a rip. Contacted glamdoll who said because its been used they cant take responsibility and processed a 'good will' 10% refund. £4.80 refund on a £48 coat that didn't last her more than 6weeks! Awful quality, awful customer service. Absolute toxic company influencing the young girls of today. Should be ashamed.

very cheap quality looks nothing like the pictures

Ordered a tracksuit zip came off 5 minutes before I was about to walk out the door. Explained being in a rush I took the tags off and the pants was never even tried on. Got a refund for £4 for a £30 tracksuit that can never be worn due to the tags. Absolute embarrassing company very cheap clothing would avoid at all costs.

Diabolical customer service from this company i would avoid it at all costs. I ordered the Mini Faux Black Boots, a LOT of fur has come out the shoe after trying on for a second. Not only that after being told to upsize they still don’t fit. I’m not the first person to complain about sizing. This SHOULD be looked at!. No shoes should have to be upsized TWICE. They have told me it’s not a Manufacturer error. No replacement or prepaid shipping label was given. I’m expected to pay £4.50 to send a faulty product. Just because that amount of fluff from the fur has come away from the shoes already and also they don’t believe that the sizing is wrong. I upsized as their website told me too and still they don’t fit.
Customers complaints should be heard but from these people they have no respect to even care about customer feedback!!!.

Coat was very big returned it got no refund back 2 nd month never purchase from here

Ordered a coat for my daughter I thought when I paid £13.99 for delivery to Ireland that was it now DPD sent me a custom charge of €22.53 is this a scam or what it makes it a very expensive coat if this is the case won't be Ordering again .

Prompt delivery of my order however my package was opened and damaged by the courier. When i emailed this company it was sorted fast and another order sent out. The quality of the items i ordered were great and very good value for money.

Ordered my daughter a coat she desperately wanted for Christmas..and I couldn't be happier super soft fur, great sizing and really fast delivery..beyond happy and she'll be made up! Thankyou glamdoll fashion!

Bought boots, they sent me 2 LEFT shoes both different sizes, promised to send me out a pair and sent to my wrong address, this process has been around 2 months long now my refund is being processed and i’m not even being refunded for my delivery charge also even though i never received what i paid for. boycott.

Ordered some lace up knee high boots from here and they're amazing! Delivery was fast, price was amazing and the boots are true to size and very comfortable! Have had many comments on them when I wear them already. Can't wait to purchase some clothing items from them. Lovely business and friendly 💕

Received a coat which looked really nice online however when it arrived it looked a cheap material and nothing like the images. I returned it on their advice to wait and receive another coat I had tried to order and nearly a month later still no refund. Will have to go through bank now to recall payment from them

Shocking company! Do not use!! No help at all left me with a coat that i cant wear as ripped! Offered £4 as a gesture of good will!!
