Sold me a faulty bag where the strap snapped off then refused to reimburse for the item or send a replacement. Their customer service team is shocking and rude. I have escalated the issue to my bank for a charge back!

STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY THAT PAYS THEIR VIEWERS FOR VIEWS.

I paid £3.99 for delivery and another £3.99 to return an item, only to then be told I wouldn’t be refunded because it had supposedly been “worn”, which is simply not true.

The item was only tried on briefly for fit and returned straight away with all tags attached and in the original packaging. It was not worn, and there’s no way it could have been with the labels still on.

They’ve claimed there was a mark on the sleeve, but that does not mean the item was worn, and I completely dispute this. It feels like an excuse to avoid issuing a refund.

I’ve now had to raise a chargeback with my bank, which I shouldn’t have to do.

Very frustrating experience and not how customers should be treated. I wouldn’t order again.

Got my self one outfit to see what the quality was like And it was amazing for the price. So went back on the website and ordered more can't wait for it to come . I have seen some reviews on here what are absolutely mind-blowing. Trying to put a company down . It your new here take no notice of the people that are doing bad reviews. I wouldn't say something was great of it wasn't

The quality of the items are brilliant. The sizing is told very clearly and if unsure Char is always happy to advise if you need to size down or up. The items are very good value and arrive very quickly best on tick tok I have found. I have had to return items and it’s always been a good experience. I have recommended to other members of my family who now shop glamdoll whether that’s on tick tok or there website
