Since finding Glamdoll in February there is no going back can’t wait to see what you bring to the cards for winter won’t shop anywhere else now have given me so much confidence in myself, The customer service is well and truly above 5* but unfortunately can only give 5*, Charlotte and Mr C always go above and beyond to help their customers. Prices are very reasonable and the quality is outstanding once you have ordered you sure will be returning to place more there is no going back. My daughter bought a jacket for herself off this site through TikTok using my husbands bank card. When jacket arrived was nothing like she ordered and was about 3 sizes too big. I tried to go on her tik tok account but due to being 14 it had been banned so I struggled to get all the details. I posted the jacket back to glam doll fashion and paid to get it tracked and signed for. After a month of no refunds or hearing back from the company, I reached out through my own TikTok account and it takes hrs and days for any reply. I then after about a week messaging back and forward gets told this isint 1 of their jackets and I’m not getting a refund!! I have asked for jacket to be sent back to me and now been told to send a prepaid label to them??? How do I do this???. Please folks stay clear of this company very poor customer service and now have forked our £62 including postage and still have no jacket. I still have no resolution to this situation either!!!

Poor quality. I purchased a co ord set, the leggings arrived with a large hole in the seam, I emailed and they said I could have a 25% part refund however 3 weeks later and still no refund or replies to my emails.

I recently came across GlamDoll Fashion and I couldn’t be happier. The quality of every item I have bought (and that’s quite a few) is amazing. The speed of delivery is super fast and the owners, Charlotte and Mr C, are extremely helpful and go above and beyond. I don’t agree with the negative comments. GlamDoll Fashion are a big family and community and work really hard to make sure we are all happy. Please try them, and find out for yourself. I have 2 wardrobes of Glamdoll clothes and they don’t look cheap at all. They wash really well and hang them up to dry and they won’t need ironing. I would rather spend a live with Glamdoll, than plod around the shops. They are an inclusive brand and cater for one size and plus size, which is why I love them! Thank you Charlotte and Mr C❤️❤️

I bought two co ords sets from here one black one green the black one came with a little hole but I ignored then I washed the green one on a cool wash and it have all discoloured and gone patchy I’ve tried contacting them and had no replies !!

Bought 5 co-ord sets and 2 short co ord sets. Out of the 7 sets I ordered 5 of them have holes in the seams on the backside of them.
Emailed the company who told me the seamstress checks everything before they are sent out and offered a 10% refund on each item.
The quality is clearly very poor and cheap made.
This company in my eyes and going off other reviews are just robbing people of there money by selling cheap crap.

I will NEVER order from this “company” again. If this is how they try to run a business they want to be ashamed of themselves.

I purchased a shorts and t-shirt set for my daughter to wear to a family party so was only worn for a few hours. I then followed the instructions to wash the garment on its own after only one wash the item is all bobbly and glamdolls refused to either exchange or refund which is totally unacceptable. I will not be purchasing off this website again.

Won a giveaway on TikTok but it was cancelled as I didn’t confirm in the chat that I won within 15 seconds. Ridiculous. I then waited 9 days for a response to be told it’s their ‘terms and conditions’.

SCAMMERS! I ordered 2 “Chanel” hats & never received them & they refused to return my over $100 dollars. If they think i’m just going to let it slide they have lost their minds. They have ZERO integrity & therefore have no business doing business.

I have ordered lots of items from Glamdoll before, the service is fantastic. Fast postage and item quality is Fab. Recently I missed the parcel and it was returned to Glamdoll, I contacted them and the very next day they sent it out to me again with no extra postage charge to make sure I got it in time for my daughters party. Will definitely continue to order from here. 5stars! 🌟

Recently purchased a coat from this company and now I will avoid them like the plague and would encourage anyone else to do the same. I paid for next day (weekend) delivery to only receive the item four days later. When I original sent a message via their contact us page I got ignored. After my parcel turned up the coat was faulty and very poor quality with threads hanging out. I chose to return the coat rather than waste money when it fell apart later down the line. Due to the size of the parcel I was forced to pay over £7 in return postage. After complaining again via the contact us page I had a very snotty reply telling me there was no fault with the coat and it should have only cost me around £5 return postage via Royal Mail, I fact Royal Mail quoted me nearly £17 due to the size of this very large padded coat! Honestly this company is a joke and the customer service zero! Avoid at all costs

Would leave a zero rating if available, absolutely disgusting company my daughter wore a set for less than 3 hours, it fell apart on the shoulder while wearing it, all stitching came apart, cheap goods from China, returned the item then they say no refund as worn. Item lasted less than 3 hours so not fit for purpose. Disgraceful do not purchase from them.

Would never order off here again, first order was ok. However one of the items was faulty I told them and they made out I was lying. Finally they said I can return the item surely if an items faulty the customer shouldn’t have to pay for a return! I guarantee when I send it back they will lie and say it’s not faulty and get me to pay a return or they will keep the item. The two blazers I ordered I like but first time wearing both the buttons fell off both!

If I could put zero stars I would. Poor quality clothes, and even poorer quality customer service. Do not buy from here!

Few of the products are nice, others are way to small for the size
couple of Negatives are the postage costs £4.99 then you also have to pay for Returns so in all if you try something on and doesn't fit it can cost you close to £10 just to try it on

Amazing quality, and very polite on emails. The clothing is unreal and so flattering, very quick delivery aswell. Would highly recommend!

Ordered late Sunday evening and my parcel was delivered Tuesday afternoon.
Quality of the clothes I ordered were amazing, thick, stretchy, soft and comfortable.
Will definitely be ordering again

For a small business they need to bring the return and shipping fees down.
