Placed an order 29/11 @ 08h30. Received the order confirmation and realised I had ordered the wrong size. Immediately tried to cancel on their web site, but there is no option to do so, so I emailed customer services at 09h36, asking them to cancel and refund me. Instead of cancelling they have despatched the order. Which means I now need to pay the postage to send it back as it is out for delivery..... I received a mail at 11am today saying the item is out for delivery and cannot be cancelled... Why can you not cancel an order before despatch? And why is there no telephone number to call them. And why does it take more than 24 hours for a response?

Absolutely appalling customer service. I brought a coat for over £50 and it was terrible quality, the fur from the hood was falling out everywhere so I spent £7 postage to send it back. They are now refusing to give me my refund and they are saying if I want the coat back I’ve got to pay for the postage again so another £7. They are a joke. Would NOT recommend save your money and go elsewhere.

Very fast delivery, great item and great customer service.

I ordered my daughter a coat but paid through Apple Pay, unfortunately my address didn’t complete properly and only included my house number and post code.

My item was dispatched quickly and arrived before the customer service reviewed my query.

The coat was of good quality and I’d definitely purchase again.

Clothes came within a day sizes are spot on and really good quality perfect thank you

My parcel was refused. What is going on?!!!

Wouldn’t bother ordered a £20 gym set my daughter took the tags of to wear it then spotted a hole in the leggings so sent them a email straight away the day it got delivered an there telling me to repair it for god sake over a £20 gym set disgusting service this is the email they sent me it hasn’t been worn it was going to be worn and seen it was ripped so put back in the bag an emailed them !!

Got order on time n love the items that I received will be ordering again sometime

The order to Ireland only took 3 days and the quality of my coat is very good but they charged me 23 euro for customs and 16 euro for shipping

I purchased this coat and wasn’t sure if the quality was going to be good but I’m so glad I bought this I would recommend 100% it’s perfect for winter and it’s also fluffy inside which I didn’t know, hope this helps xo

First time ordering from GlamDoll my daughter picked some bits for Christmas. Came really quick on standard delivery and the stuff omg it's absolutely gorgeous. We will be ordering from here from now on the prices are not ridiculous like other sites we've been on!! Thankyou 💓

I ordered my daughter a legging and to set a few weeks ago.
She has only worn the leggings twice and a hole has appeared in the bum
Area. I have made contact with them via email and they will
Not provide me with a full refund ?
They are only offering a 30% partial refund, and they have stated that their seamstress has stipulated that it can be repaired, and also that as it’s gone past 14 days and the tag is not on the item it does not comply with their refund policy, seriously it’s a joke!
They do not provide a name on their email nor do they provide a telephone number?
I’m not very happy at all.
This is the first time I have experienced this issue with a faulty/ sub- standard item. Most companies provide you with a full refund.
I don’t see why I am expected to repair them given the amount of times she has worn them. My daughter will not wear them again now especially if they have been sewn, what a waste of money.
I await their next response.

I ordered two pair of leggings to only receive one, I have proof that Glam Doll acknowledge I only received one pair, I was told I would get a refund within 10 days, over a month later, still no refund, and my messages are being ignored! This company's customer service has got to be the lowest level I have encountered in years! Lets see how long it takes Glam Doll to refund me after posting this review, then all new consumers can see exactly how they deal with customer complaints..... I will be back to update so all new customers keep an eye on this post!

I Returned a coat and still waiting for a refund - when there was an issue with order emails were answered straight away, back and forth and now I am owed £50 refund ALL emails being ignored.
Multiple emails have been sent, from tracking I can see they received the coat on 21st Oct and according to their website my refund should have been issued by now!
Delivery was very fast BUT if there is a possibility you would have to return something I would avoid at all cost - I won't let this go but shouldn't be in this position.
Terrible customer service and withholding funds which are not theirs if a very poor show.
Proceed with caution!!!!

Absolute joke of a company, messaged me to ask if delivery address was correct. Confirmed messaged either way straight away to say was correct then next day send refund as item out of stock. I had been messaging all day to ask if was going to be delivered as if not I would have been able to order my daughter something else but no reply how come day before your message back was instant ?? S@*t show of a company I would suggest you avoid them if thinking of ordering from here.

I ordered a coat on here and I’m very pleased with my purchase. It’s a very warm and fashionable coat and the arms aren’t too tight with a jumper on which is normally a problem for me. It’s amazing quality for only £60 and I know I’ll be warm in it. I paid for standard delivery and was very happy to see that it came the next day! Very happy with my purchase. I’m normally a side 6/8 and I got an 8 in the coat and it’s perfect with some room. I just wish the belt was tighter but besides that very nice
