I had a double bunionectomy surgery, and finding comfortable shoes was a challenge for me until I saw an advertisement and decided to give it a try. They are the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn, and I purchased four different colors to match with my clothes. My sister bought four more because she was totally in love with them too. Their customer service and support are top of the line!

Website is easy to navigate and empress shoes are a good value. My only request would be more advice on how the inserts change sizing

First of all I bought some shoes for my wife for Christmas a little while ago and low and behold my wife told me she just bought the same shoes on black Friday. Well of course I had to tell her I had already bought them. She was overjoyed and contacted customer service and had her order changed to another colour. So it worked out to be a win win situation for everyone.

I love these shoes. They are shining gems in my wardrobe. Timelessly chic on the outside and like walking on clouds on the inside. Ergomonic and refined to the eye. Bliss for the feet. I have three pairs. Excellent customer service.

These shoes are truly great quality. These are some of the most comfortable and stylish shoes I have owned. I am on my feet all day and I find that I don't mind it while I am wearing my Empress shoes. I love the colors and styles and I now have 3 pairs. The only problem I have had is how impatient I get waiting for the shoes to arrive!

I love my shoes, and delivery was much faster than I expected! The fit is true to size. I ordered my normal size, and they fit perfectly.

Just arrived home from vacation, my shoes was there,haven’t had an opportunity to wear them as yet tried them on, looks good and seems comfortable. Will wear them to NY next month.

These are very comfy flats. I deducted one star because they came with a separate set of insoles with more arch support, but the shoes are not really large enough to accommodate these insoles. I am wearing them with the regular insoles and they fit fine, but it would be nice to have the option of the arch support insoles. The shoes are just not designed for the extra height of this insole so it pushes the top of my foot against the top of the shoe too much and feels way too tight on top. Otherwise these are great flats!

Beautifully presented and very comfortable

I adore all of my Empress shoes. The silver pair are so pretty and were perfect to slip on yesterday evening at my son’s wedding after a day wearing heels. They looked lovely with my outfit too.

I took a chance ordering shoes online because I have a wide toe box and usually need to try on shoes before making a purchase. I usually wear a 10-10.5 and took a chance and ordered up to an 11. It was a wonderful decision - the shoes are supportive, comfortable and great quality! I will definitely be ordering another pair

That they did honor the promotional % off thus the reason I bought a 2nd pair. I had to talk to a few representatives but they did give it to me. I did not receive arch supports in with my first pair of shoes and was told that I’d receive them. That is something to improve on. I’m not sure if dates I purchased

They’re lovely shoes, excellent quality and incredibly soft leather. It almost feels like I’m wearing trainers at work rather than heels. I’m slightly disappointed though. After wearing them a couple of times they’ve stretched and are now too big. Maybe if I had had the chance to try them on before buying, this wouldn’t have happened. When will these be available in shops? I would love to have different colours and models, but won’t make the mistake of buying them again without trying them on. They are now worn and can’t be returned. Even if I had returned them when they were unworn, it would’ve taken forever.

I bought a pair of black flats upon recommendation of a friend who has a pair. I love them! The square toe box gives ample room for my toes to wiggle, leather is soft but supportive. No break-in period needed for mine. Love them so much I ordered another pair!

This is the second pair that I have bought. They’re very comfortable, I personal like them because they are flat and I can feel where I’m walking. That might sound strange but I’m an older woman that has fallen with other shoes on, but these keep me stable.
