The quality of the lights is excellent. They are not cheap and I was concerned that I’d overspent. I need not have worried. I’m delighted. The lights look superb on the wall. One slight frustration is that I could have sworn I watched a video where it was stated that the products were shipped from the U.K. in 2-5 days. However it took 9 days which is not a big issue but the updates were lousy from the courier. I will be back for more.

Deceptive Company – Poor Quality, No Refund, and Silencing Customers

I placed an order with Haus of Interiors and received my item on August 27th. The quality was extremely poor — not as advertised — so I immediately requested a return. It took seven days just to receive a reply, during which they tried to offer me a 20% refund if I kept the product. I declined, insisting on a full return.

Only then did they mention a $400 restocking fee, which I reluctantly accepted because the item was useless to me. Despite confirming receipt of my return, they have failed to issue a refund after over four weeks and nine follow-up emails.

To make matters worse, the company blocks comments on their social media ads and posts, preventing customers from sharing honest feedback or warning others. This is a clear attempt to silence unhappy customers and maintain a misleading online image.

In my experience, Haus of Interiors operates deceptively, provides poor-quality products, and shows no accountability for returns or refunds. I would strongly warn others not to purchase from this company. Their practices are dishonest, their communication is evasive, and their customer service is virtually nonexistent.

Good communication and helped me resolve a problem I had

UK site.I ordered 3 Nordic Light Stick for our hall. We have just had them installed and the look OK, not really worth the price however what isn't mentioned is that they don't work properly from a wall switch. Every time you flip the switch to turn them on they cycle in light colour(cool, neutral, warm) and the only way to stop that happening is to use the remote control to turn them off/on. It is rather inconvenient to have to look for a remote when you walk in the hallway or to flip the switch 3 times to retun to the colour you want. We are unsure if they would work with Alexa, as I think that would also make the colour cycle. Really stupid design, had I known I wouldn't have bought them. Past the point of return, so we are stuck.

Like the others.. I bought a 2-pack and was sent only one sconce. I emailed and called the manufacturer to let them know what happened and got zero response. This place is a complete scam

stay away from this scammer, it's been 2 months, and they don't know where my order is

I spoke with the owner before placing order - actually we text back and forth. I decided the Titans Ring Chandelier was the best fit for my place - the gun metal is cool and different. I placed order and they arrived the following week. Just installed them and they fabulous. Make the room look great. Super happy.

I purchased their battery light called The Dream. Love it. Hangs up and instant light. Remote is priceless. Recommend The Dream from them.

As an interior designer I purchased the pendant drop light. It was delivered damaged. I sourced another locally and asked for a refund. Three months later - after paying the cost of returning to their warehouse they cannot confirm if they have it or not. Even though I used Royal Mail special delivery which has provided confirmation.
The customer service is poor and they go around in circles to avoid responsibility and avoid returning money.
The whole set up is a front for China delivery and akin to a scam. Do not waste your time or money.

Like other reviews, I ordered over $2500 in lighting that shows delivered, but was not. Almost impossible to get a response through email and the chatbot does not work. Absolute scam. No store front, just a fake address.

**The fixtures did arrive, late...but they did arrive after Haus support got involved.

I had to email them probably 7-10 times to get a response. My order was never shipped--I paid for expedited shipping as well. They do not respond then claim they have "just been busy" their lights seem to be drop shipped from China and are poor quality as well. It took me DM'ing them on instagram to get a response. Oh, and if you look at the address they have listed, it just is some random apartment building in Miami--it's not real it's just some people scamming to drop ship lights from Alibaba. Don't waste your time or your money.

Outstanding service

After 1 month I still do not have my order. I was told it was delayed and given some very poor excuse for the reasons but assured the order was being processed. My most recent emails requesting more information and cancellation have gone unanswered. I have now sent the case to my credit card company as a dispute

Purchased lights from their website. Took about 7 days to arrive. A bit expensive relative to some other websites but the quality is great. First class. Recommend to others.

Ordered an 8 head chandelier, the fixture is quite flimsy and light weight, screw heads for the bulb covers are very LOW QUALITY, need constant adjustment and are very hard to screw in or out.

Additionally, since installation about a year ago, I had to replace burnt bulbs about 9 times. The G9 bulbs keep burning out and need constant changing, probably due to the low quality of internal wiring and the fixture in general.

As a result the fixture is constantly with 1-2 burnt bulbs and looks absolutely ridiculous.

I have tried to contact the supplier for a solution, took 3 weeks to get a response, which was just a brush off, saying the electrical supply was to blame for these malfunctions… which by the way does not affect any of the other fixtures in the house.

This was not a cheap buy, given all the factors, I’d gave this product and service 1 star, if zero was applicable it would be more appropriate.

My recommendation:
AVOID AT ALL COST !!!

Based in the UK. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for the items I purchased. I have tried reaching out to them and getting brushed off with a email saying they oversold the items and are waiting on deliveries to the UK and I will have to wait 7 to 10 days. Again I have waited and yet still nothing. I have asked for a full refund but no one is getting back to me. I will report them to the appropriate authorities.

The items are overpriced AliExpress drop ship items. I ordered from Haus of Interiors website and the package was labelled with an AliExpress label
