Recently completed a course with Elmhurst (ABBE Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment) this was done online over three days and then I produced a portfolio of evidence and had to pass numerous online tests. The course was delivered really well and was engaging and informative, Michael who delivered it was absolutely fantastic. All my work was marked quickly and useful feedback was given by Christine who helped me along with well with friendly useful advice. I will definitely be doing more courses with Elmhurst, I am totally new to the world of EPCs and they have helped me get into it with ease.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mrs. Caroline Parkinson for her time, patience, and unwavering support throughout the DEA EPC assessment process.
I vividly remember one occasion when I called her while she was driving. She safely pulled over to return my call, a thoughtful gesture that I truly did not take for granted. Her dedication, guidance, and willingness to help made a significant difference throughout the assessment.
I am deeply grateful for her support, and I am delighted to have successfully completed the process. I now look forward to the future with confidence and excitement.

Caroline was so helpful & informative. I felt quite intimidated learning something so different from anything I've ever worked in, but she made me feel confident that I could do this. She's a very patient teacher, and I really enjoyed the course. I can't believe we learned so much in just three days!

If anybody is considering a career change into the energy field, I would 100% recommend training with Elmhurst.

Had an EPC done and found a few mistakes, like giving the windows an average rating when the was only installed 5 months ago, also missed the smart meters in the property. So i emailed the gentleman and sent proof and his reply was yes i will change that for you. Guess what i am still waiting. Make sure you are in the property when they come, as you might get a incorrect EPC rating.

The instructor (Michael) was very impressive. He took time to answer all questions and carried everyone along during the course. His knowledge of the subject was also excellent. He was able to answer all questions-especially regarding the RdSAP App. Also was able to guide everyone to complete the first case study. That kind of brought it all together. Great job.

Michael the trainer was excellent, he was very patient and explained everything in detail and regularly asked if anybody had questions or needed further support. All of the documents and resources provided by Elmhurst have made this process so much easier, it’s easy to navigate and everything is clearly laid out. I can’t recommend this course enough, I have no previous knowledge or experience in this field, but after just 3 days i feel I have a decent grasp of it already

Had a great DEA Assessor training session with Michael. Very knowledgeable, clear in his explanations, and made the learning easy to follow. I left feeling more confident and better prepared. Highly recommended.
