Very Clear and rigorous Course in explaining each element of the software on how to use the software, as well as allowing workshop time to understand SAP ourselves.

The EPC carried out must have been done in the dark, blindfolded and from the office as the rating given was made up of assumed ratings, the house was full of damp and mold and the floor collapsed and the roof leaked. The heating had to be on 24/7 or the windows would freeze on the inside, snow melted quickly off the assumed insulated roof. If you have an EPC with this lot I would suggest you take it with a pinch of salt. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING service

Fantastic service!!! EVERYONE in the non domestic team are efficient, professional, and very helpful with their depth of knowledge.
When you are in the middle of an assessment or on site, you get through quickly and receive the answers you require.

I looked at many accreditation schemes prior to registering with Elmhurst as an energy assessor, from the very first interaction I knew these were the most people centred organisation that really wanted to bring the best outcomes across the board. I have grown as an assessor over the years which is solely down to the support from Elmhurst.

Just finished the DEA week long classroom course led by Denise and found it all round outstanding. Denise really knows her stuff, is very patient and helped us through the process. The two days of actual site visits really rounded off our knowledge into practice. Couldn’t recommend this course more and Elmhurst..

Most recent training courses have been the air tightness and background ventilation course to which the instructor was absolutely excellent, the other is the heat loss assessor course which is very helpful when in comes to conducting heat loss calculations

Having just completed the level 3 Domestic assessor course i found it challenging but also very engaging and enjoyable. The colleagues at Elmhurst, particularly the Assessors were excellent in supporting, guiding and explaining the process, especially around the APP and how it works. I can thoroughly recommend this course.

The course tutors were very helpful and the learning software was easy to navigate and use. Feedback from assessors was clear and constructive and helped develop my understadning.
