Recently sold my flat with Elliotts and could not recommend them more highly. They were efficient and offered a competitive rate with their fees. They kept me updated with how things were going and chased the relevant people as necessary. It is really thankful to meet all of you in the firm especially Ben, Symon, Sally, Steve, Jordan that help me to find a nice property in the city like handling the enquiries, showing us the property, updating you in regular basis. Ben and Brian did a great job on my sale. They partnered well with another agency to get a buyer and managed to negotiate the buyer down from wanting to knock money off the price to a reasonable figure. They were great at communicating and did their best to advance the sale, proactively seeking information from the buyer and facilitating us being in direct contact at the right time of the transaction so we could agree last details. If only the other agents up and down the related chain had provided such a service.

What a wonderful estate agent! I was with Move with Us an online estate agents and had an awful time. Ben and Symon at Elliot’s took over the sale for me they were professional and informative. Chose Elliots and Symon after checking 2 other agencies. Symon and his colleagues were well prepared, took the trouble to provide useful stats about the property market in Hove, weren´t unrealistic about outcomes, and weren´t ´pushy´.
They were friendly, professional and diligent. Wonderfully refreshing, they answered questions and queries promptly - no long waits on the telephone while a disembodied voice told one how important the call was to the Company!

We engaged Elliotts to manage the sale of our lower ground floor apartment in Hove.
We were not sure what to expect as the market was a bit all over the place! Elliotts approach worked a treat! We had a day of viewings and from that accepted an offer and exchanged 8 weeks later!
Jordan from Elliotts was excellent at managing the whole process including solicitors and buyers.
Expectations were managed, any challenges were dealt with and the whole communication piece was second to none.

Rude and unprofessional staff member that is not keeping up with the current market. They have overvalued too many properties to gain clients and clearly panic when buyers can call their bluff. My experience with Elliott's is the reason why no one trusts or likes estate agents.

From the response it's still clear that they are unaware that it is illegal to not pass on offers which was stated by the agent on the phone and a report has been made to the Property Ombudsman regarding illegal activity, pressure and intimidation tactics, degrading members of the public and lack of professionalism. Mortgage approvals have declined to the lowest levels in 25 years, interest rates have risen once again and house prices have continued to fall. Once again, I put in my offer being aware of the market and they seem very proud or gleeful in fact to put people in negative equity. If I put in a low bid and someone puts in a higher one, thats honestly how selling houses works so there is no need to aggressively talk to a buyer like that. An offer is an offer I just worry about sold prices and market information. So watch out buyers, don't listen to the nonsense! It's an important reminder as a buyer that estate agents don't have your best interest at heart.
