We purchased a property in Twyford via Grapevine, and they were so helpful, kind and supportive throughout the process. As a first time buyer, I didn't really know what I was doing, and they were always on hand to answer any questions we had. They were really easy to get in contact with, kept us updated at every stage of the process, and communicated really well between ourselves and the seller. If the time ever comes where we're ever moving again, we'd definitely use them.

Grapevine Estate Agents have been excellent throughout the process of buying my first home. I have just reached exchange and I could not recommend an estate agents more then Grapevine. John was always contactable and completely transparent during the whole process, proactively updating me and always chasing the chain on my behalf. Without a doubt I will return to Grapevine when the time comes around again.

Holly at Grapevine in Twyford made our whole tenancy experiance so straightforward. From the initial viewing, setting up the tenancy, helping us settle in and dealing promptly and efficiently with any issues she was quick to respond and always cheerful. It was an a pleasure working with you and I have no hesitation recommending this branch.

We manage our lets through Grapevine. The rates are acceptable and the communication and reporting is really good.

They do want best for tenants and Landlords. We recommend to friends.

We didn't use Grapevine as sellers, but were buying a house marketed by them. They were excellent from start to finish (despite a very stressful transaction which was not their fault at all), very easy to contact and communicate with and we would definitely use them if we were to market a house. We viewed a house with John in Winnersh. He came to the viewing completely unprepared. He took an advantage on we really liked the house. He was lying about the tenure of the property. He tried to sell us leasehold house as a freehold. I would not recommend to anyone to work with such an unreliable (and unprofessional) estate agent.

Scott was fantastic. He was confident he would sell our flat and he did! Great communication throughout.

I have dealt with Grapevine for an entire year between our first offer and moving in. The entire time, the team (Oliver, Sharaf and Adam mainly, but others pitching in) were nothing short of brilliant. Supportive, Clear, Reliable, Upfront, Communicative. Keeping in touch and developing that relationship without being pushy. Always at hand to help while keeping expectations realistic. Liaising in a timely manner with us and really making things easy in such a complicated process that is buying a house. I could not recommend them more, just wish other areas were lucky to have a Grapevine branch like ours.

He made a complex transaction lighter, providing consistent reassurance and kindness every step of the way. We now have bought our first home and could not have done it without him.
