I would highly recommend Elliotts on every aspect of buying and selling properties.
I had 2 leasehold properties to sell, one straight forward and the 2nd, we knew from the start, would have problems. Jordan, Symon and Ben made it all happen with little input from me and both asking prices were achieved, which I was delighted about! Their communication is second to none and any questions I had were addressed immediately. Thank you all for working on our behalf to achieve the perfect outcome.

Symon Back from the outset was FANTASTIC on every level and I would highly recommend him to anyone having to go through the ‘wading through treacle’ process of being in a chain and buying/selling a house! Very authentic and personable and likeability factor without the usual estate agent pitches :)
Steve Boone though I never met him was also FABULOUS and kept me in the loop consistently via e mail and phone and responded very promptly at all times.
I had a really poor experience of some other estate agents and the first sale on my house fell through as a result :( Elliot’s have been consistently BRILLIANT throughout the whole process and helped me achieve my property regardless for almost a year! My review of Symon Back at Elliotts estate agency.

In 2023 I made a life changing decision to move back to Sweden after having resided in Uk for 30 years.
I decided to use Elliotts estate agency, as I had had a good experience with them in the past. I used Elliotts in 2012 when I sold my house and moved in to the flat that I now wanted to sell.
My contact at Elliotts was Symon Back.
What a professional he is; positive, well mannered, punctual and very likeable.
He gave me a fair valuation of my flat showing me similar flats in my area, he helped me find a solicitor and organised for stunning photos to be taken.
Symon kept me informed of all movements re. my flat and he called me when he said he would. All paperwork was handled very quickly, (however it takes two to make the paperwork go quickly so I made sure to also be quick my end.)
Once the sale had been agreed Symon did everything he could to make the exchange of contracts and moving date go as smoothly as possible.
Moving is a stressful business and if you move abroad even more so. Symon was an incredible help and I can’t recommend him enough. I am very impressed with the way he handled the sale of my flat, and of course the rest of the team at Elliotts.

Elliotts behave and work as an estate agency should- other agencies would do well to follow suit.

Elliotts sold two properties for me over the last year and I can’t praise them enough. Brian, Ben and the whole of the Elliotts team were very professional, extremely helpful, friendly and always kept me in the picture giving me regular updates. Brian made a fair valuation of both properties and the marketing of them was excellent with many viewings for both properties and successful outcomes. Nothing was too much trouble for Elliotts. Even after our offer had been accepted, they came out twice so other members of the family could see the flat. Their communication was excellent always. We talked to Ben, Jordan, Sally and Symon - all A1. They even recommended an excellent conveyancing solicitor. There are bigger Estate Agents in Brighton and Hove. We have used two in the past and they are not as good.

Delighted to recommend Elliotts - and Symon in particular. Symon was straightforward in his assessment and valuation, convincing in his advice/guidance and diplomatic all the way through the sale process. To top it all off, he is also a caring and very nice fellow!

I bought my first flat through Elliotts and at every contact the team were very friendly and helpful. You walk through the door at the Hove office and are greeted with a smile from everyone! Symon was in regular contact with helpful updates throughout the process and was always approachable. If I come to sell, I will be choosing Elliotts as my agents.

Elliots were great. A tricky purchase with lots of tricky negotiations to do. Jordan was knowledgable, experienced and managed all parties skilfully and tactfully. He showed care and consideration and communication from the whole team was excellent throughout the process.

Elliotts helped me sell my flat in a tough market. It took a lot of time and persistence but we got there in the end! Jordan was always at the end of the phone - through the good and the bad. Thanks for your help.

Symon was very helpful at a difficult time

Elliots smoothed the bumps in the road in a sale that had few stumbling blocks.
Elliots were always quick to respond, quick to follow through with buyer and myself. They were calm, measured and at times reassuring.
I was listened too, talked through processes that needed clarification with patience and professionalism.
All the team were knowledgable and helpful about my sale when Symon was not at his desk. They were a "Team"......
I would recommend Elliots they were respectful, proactive and above all the relationship between myself and the team was easy.
