After a bad experience with a different company, I contacted Elegance to be certain that the rug I wanted was in stock. The owner replied promptly saying it was, so I ordered it, and sure enough it arrived within a couple of days. The rug was good quality and at a very competitive price. Overall I couldn't be happier with the service I received from EleganceRugs.

Excellent customer service, the director of the company liaised with us throughout the process and helped us to find a rug of the right size as we had to cover a huge area.

The rug is gorgeous and came on time! Had to pay import duty of €30...just for anyone outside of UK😉

Had almost immediate response to a couple of queries, easily ordered and delivered Within 48hrs.
Really nice rugs. We ordered two.
Had a small mix up with one package which they rectified immediately and had delivered the following day (but this was the delivery company mix up, not Elegance rugs.)

Fantastic service a rug I ordered kept being delayed so eventually I asked could I cancel and they didn’t hesitate and refunded me in full makes a nice change not to have to argue about getting refunded
