Great service prompt delivery

I ordered some incompatible bits and instead of just shipping them, Jack took the trouble to phone and ask me if I realised. That has never happened to me with an online order before. They normally just ship the stuff and, if it is wrong, hope to get a second order for the right part knowing that the postage cost means that it is not worth returning any incorrectly ordered bits. Moreover, he emailed me the recommended sized fittings and sorted everything out to arrive on time for my project. Amazing!

I could not find the materials locally and found on DC the purchase was straight forward and the gear arrived in good time during which I was kept up to date with progress.

I paid over £50 for delivery, I could not believe how long it took to arrive, I purchased other Lindab parts from another supplier, paid £12.50 for delivery and had it in two days.

Brilliant! We had a large cast iron order so I did a lot of research and decided on Drainage Central for their price, reputation and my experience communicating with Jack on the phone and via emails. The delivery was on time and the single item broken in transport (not surprising with a large order) was replaced quickly and without a quibble. Thank You.

Great service. Spent an entire day trying to find a company that would send cast iron sewer pipes via next day, mainly talking to call centres who didn’t understand what I wanted. Found Drainage Central near the end of the day and Jack was excellent. He was the first person to point out I needed a certain type of drain as it would go in concrete, and his quote was far better than most others even without their fast delivery. Before sending the quote, he checked with the foundry that they had the stock in and that next day delivery would work. The pipes all turned up on time, and when we found one had cracked on one end in transit, Jack had it all sorted in 30 minutes.
