Great Classy Wool Rug with Great Customer Service
I liked a wool rug I saw on the website so I contacted the store for advice. If I ordered the rug and when delivered it did not suit, what were my options. The contact advised that I could return it and he would include a strong plastic cover and cable ties should that be my decision. The return cost would later be deducted from my refund.
The rug arrived the day after I ordered it and it was beautiful, suffice to say that no return was needed. Great customer service and quick responses to any queries that I had.

The service and delivery first class , the rug was as described no issues , came immediately and was packaged very well no damage.

Nice rug, good service
Rug was delivered very promptly. It was well wrapped for protection in transit. Very pleased with the rug quality, nice tufted rug. Good size choices, this one was just right for our space.

Delivery was fast BUT…
Delivery was fast. Rug is beautiful BUT……there are 2 thicknesses of this rug on various sites and this was described as 1cm, the thicker one. It is NOT 1cm, it’s the thinner one. I emailed company regarding this but no answer. Could have got the thinner one elsewhere cheaper. Not too happy.

Very happy with my purchase and price
Very happy with my purchase and price. They were one of the cheapest for this particular rug and their delivery was fast. It was packaged very well but unfortunately the inner corner was a little crumpled and took a couple of weeks to flatten out. Overall happy with the service and rug.
