Terrible experience with this company. Terrible communication from the start, electrician turned up late and didn't contact us to let us know, we had to chase up both times. Work wasn't finished the first time, they wanted to delay the second time round. They messed us about and sent one of their electricians out who damaged our conservatory wall when fitting our outdoor lights. The light wasn't attached properly. Had to chase the office to get someone out to fix it, they assured me the director would come out and rectify, but they sent someone else who did their best to fix the damage. They didn't make us aware of this change. They had a very unprofessional attitude and laughed saying they were sorry about the previous electrician and for damaging the wall (as they were laughing). Not funny, not using this company again. Waste of money.

Electric11 completed a Ground Mounted Solar and Battery storage system for us at our farm in Norfolk , the team we excellent from start to finish, honestly can thank them enough for how easy they made the whole process and assisted us in understanding more about our needs and requirements. No pushy sales tactics and excellent installers.

Electric11 recently undertook an Electrical Installation Condition Report - EICR in Norfolk at one of my properties. Communication was excellent, and the report returned to me within 24hours. Great service, will use for all my properties going forward.

I strongly recommend Electric11 for solar panel installation if you are looking for a professional experience with quality products, service and installation.

Very overpriced for the services offered, and the constant tacky advertising plastered around town doesn’t help their image. The owner comes across as arrogant and would do well to focus on improving the quality of the business rather than self-promotion.

Electric11 Ltd have done a fantastic job. From the first point of contact through coming out to give advice on options to completing the job. The job was completed in a short space of time from the original quote. The work looks very tidy and professional and the staff knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Max for a great job.

Kris came to install some outside electrics for us and did a fantastic job. Unfortunately i was working away at the time, but Kris still managed to install everything we required (in dreadful weather I might add) to our exact specifications, and to the highest standards, will definitely use Kris and his company Electric 11 again

Kris and his colleague were fantastic. Very professional and they have completed a high quality job solving a problem that we have had for a while. Kris was friendly and approachable when I wasn't sure on what needed doing. He also worked around my need to be online for work. Excellent service and work. Easy to arrange and book. Honest and clear communication. Did the job (replacing hob and other bits) very quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption and kept us informed as they went about what could be done etc. Highly recommended!

Excellent service received from Electric11. Kris and Max were punctual, efficient, tidy and nice to talk to. They did a full check, replaced a socket and a switch and issued a domestic EICR. The invoice was absolutely in line with the quote they had given us ahead of doing the job. Will definitely use again in the future if / when need arise. Highly recommended.

Kris was great, so friendly, clean and efficient and came back the next day when we found a problem. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Kris provided an excellent service. Came out to check the work to be done, gave us a written quote promptly and booked us in for the actual work. On the day itself, Kris and his colleague completed the jobs (there were several jobs we needed doing) very efficiently and left the work area spotless. That professional courtesy of cleaning up properly after you finish a job deserves a 5 star rating in itself. I would highly recommend this company.

Electric11 visited a rental property for us and carried out the necessary work for bringing the house up to standard for the Landlord Safety Certification. All wiring checked, some light switches were replaced, new earth cable installed for the cooker & boiler and the circuit board upgraded. All work was carried out in a professional manner and they were clean and tidy on site. They communicated well with the tenant to arrange a suitable time for the visit, explained what work was being carried out and relayed all information back to us without us having to follow up or chase them. Highly recommend.
