Will and the team did a great job installing our new boiler and smart thermostat. They arrived on the agreed date, carried out the work, and thoroughly cleaned up after they’d finished. This was friendly and highly professional service and we were kept informed throughout. Highly recommended!

Will did a brilliant job servicing our boiler this morning. He was punctual, professional, and had a lovely, jolly attitude. He was also incredibly patient and kind with my Dad. Highly recommended!

I phoned in the morning and Robbie came the same afternoon to service our heat pump. Our benefit from someone else cancelling.

Robbie came to service the ASHP and Solar fittings today. Very polite, efficient and quick, also offered useful advice for keeping the system up to scratch.

Will F serviced our boiler , he arrived slightly early , was efficient and competent completing the job and leaving the area clean and in good order ,answered questions helpfully and completed paperwork .

Professional service is easy to deal with and does the job well. Plumber Robbie diagnosed the problem accurately and he tried all he knew to fix it. I really appreciate that, even if it was 'unfixable'. He gave really clear explanations of the issues and had the patience to explain the his workings. The new heat pump installation went smoothly with Robbie and Nigel who went the extra mile to complete the work on time. The office backup of Jess, Rachel and Sarah are excellent at the admin side so all goes smoothly including the provision of extensive documentation for the new system. I would ne happy to recommend Greenfields based on my experience.

William did a great job sorting out my towel rail/radiator. He arrived promptly, did a great job, was friendly and helpful and cleared up after himself. Couldn't ask for any more!

Greenfields installed our system a year ago and we had them install a battery to a PV panels at the same time. After a year of use we are very pleased; trouble free running. The guys who did the installation were great, friendly and clean workers. The instructions from the technicians were clear and easy to understand.
We have just completed a review of cost and energy over the year and found we have used 64% of total energy as against our previous gas and electric consumption. We have also made better use of the PV panels through having the battery.

Robbie v helpful in talking through various aspects that I had queries about. Good communication.

Greenfields helped us with an Unvented Stainless Steel Hot Water Cylinder (Nort supplied by Greenfields) that after only 4 years began leaking. We contacted Greenfields and spoke to Jess and explained the situation and she was able to tell us when an Engineer with the right qualifications to work on these Cylinder would be able to attend which was very helpful. Today Nathan and Brad came and completed the Cylinder swap in good time and were very neat and tidy and professional. We would highly recommend Greenfields and will be definitely using them again.

Prompt installation after accepting the quote. NIgel very good in setting up and explaining the associated apps.

Good communication during site visit and installation. Nigel the electrician was polite and helpful with the apps needed for the charger and battery system. Left the work site clean and tidy .
