I recently had two 11 kWh Fox storage batteries installed at my home by Electric11 Ltd, and the entire experience was exceptional. The team demonstrated outstanding professionalism and dedication from start to finish.

Special thanks to the supervisor Tim, who ensured everything ran smoothly, and to the electricians James and Gabriel, who worked tirelessly until 9 pm to complete the installation. Both were professional, polite, and engaging throughout the process, making the experience seamless and pleasant.

I also want to acknowledge the excellent support from the admin team, Guio and Aaliyah, who managed scheduling and communication efficiently with a great attitude.

Even without solar panels installed yet (which I plan to add later), I am already saving around £8 per day on my energy costs thanks to the new batteries. I highly recommend Electric11 Ltd and their fantastic team for anyone considering home energy storage solutions!

They did an outstanding job fitting an EV charger, so I would def use them again.

Electric 11 carried out several EICR checks in our rental homes, very smooth from the first contact to completing the work and providing the certificate's.

After contacting the company Tim came to look at work required. Change of lighting in the kitchen & replacement switch for outside socket. Quote sent through accepted & a date arranged. Text sent before the electrician arrived to say he would be with us shortly. Work carried out very happy with it. Definitely recommend for any electrical work that needs doing,

I chose Electric11 to supply and install our home battery based on their Google reviews, and they certainly lived up to them. Tim knew his stuff on the survey visit and then Chris and Gabriel did an excellent job on the installation. The new Fox battery is working well and easy to control with the app. The guys at Electric11 also have access to our battery via the app so they can check everything is working correctly. That shows a level of care for their customers which is probably a good part of why they have so many five star reviews. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone including friends and family.

What a superb company - Electric 11 just completed a full rewire of a 1950s bungalow for me, and the end-to-end experience was sheer class. From engagement, through Tim's site visit, to impeccable execution by Max and his team (Ollie and Gabe), the crew are highly professional, adaptable, attentive to detailed requests, personable, with top quality workmanship throughout for reasonable prices. I'm very confident for the team to be my future first port of call, and just super-thankful I chose E11 to help rejuvenate a tired property.

This company came and gave me a rough estimate for the work I required which was installing a heated towel rail which I had already purchased for my bathroom. The work was carried out on the day they said it would without any mess and the end result was everything I wanted. I'd recommend them to anyone who requires a professional electrical job done.

Electric11 have done several jobs for me and I would definitely hire them again. They did a sterling job on one of my projects recently and the engineer was happy to fit a few extra sockets and reconnect a cooker. Communication was very good and the engineers arrived on time.
